When Zoho hosts email for a domain, does Zoho monitor abuse@yourdomain.com and postmaster@yourdomain.com or should the domain owner set up those addresses (either as users or as aliases)? Aggregate formula based on grand total
Hi Is it possible to create an aggregate formula that uses the grand total from a column. I know that you can get this number in a pivot table (% of total) but that number cannot be used as basis for an aggregate formula. Se screenshot. I've got an grand total i Col1 (60000). Based on that I calculate a Weight. I use this Weight to calculate the Col3 values. I know that I can achieve something like this using a Query Table, but it would still not function properly if I wanted to introduce user filters
Duplicate a Form to Another Zoho Creator Application
I've just learned from Zoho suppport that it is no longer possible to duplicate a form from one Creator application to another Creator application. I've tried to copy and paste the script from the form's original Application IDE section to an App IDE section with the same name in another application. It doesn't work. Are there any clever hacks to accomplish this? I have a really complicated form that I don't want to completely rebuild. Thanks in advance for your help.

How can you reliably trigger a journey after a data sync from CRM?
Morning all What is the most reliable way to trigger a Journey after data has been sync'd from Zoho CRM? Here's my scenario: Zoho Forms feeds requests for gated content to Zoho CRM. A data sync then feeds leads from Zoho CRM to Zoho MH. I want MH to send out emais with links for the gated content but I'm struggling to get it to work reliably. The three options I'm looking at are: list entry e.g. data sync puts records into a 'data sync' list and they're processed. I haven't got this to work reliably.

Disable comments completely for Help Center Users
Hello all, I have a feeling I already know the answer to this, but I am going to ask it anyway... Is there any way (either in the Zoho Desk settings, or by Zoho Support on the back end) for comments to be completely disabled for the Help Center Users? We just don't have a need for them, and it has ended up causing confusion to the point where we really only want/need them to click Reply. I've attached 2 screenshots; what the ticket form currently looks like, and what I would like it to look like.
