I'm having trouble understanding how to use price books. We have four levels of prices for each of our products (retail pricing and 3 levels of reseller pricing). What I'd like to do is have the ability to assign a pricing level depending on the type of customer. Here's what I'd like to do: 1. Function to divide full name into first name and last name on leads entered from email parser
Many of the lead sources seem to prefer full name verse first name and last name. I have to go in currently to divide them and looking to accomplish this automatically. Tried the other function mentioned previously but it did not seem to work.
