It's becoming a big necessity to have the ability to make certain fields required or control visibility based on other fields. Certain ticket types require certain information and to expect agents to remember what to add for each type isn't reasonable.

Can't select multiple mails by keyboard shortcuts
Common usage pattern: - Select an email by the 'x' key. - Move to a different email using arrow keys. - Select that one too by 'x'. Now they both should be selected. But in zoho mail, the arrow keys deselect the first one you selected. So it appears that the only way to multi-select email is by mouse. I'd call it a bug. Both gmail and yahoo are better at this. I would like to be able to schedule the specific time(s) for my data sets to refresh.
