Zoho CRM Reports contain Duplicate Records
A number of the reports generated in our CRM now contain duplicate records. I have verified that it is the exact same record appearing twice, not a duplicate or copied record. In a Potentials report, several of the reports contain multiple records that appear twice, but not all records appear twice. The data is skewed and I need resolution for this issue. Please advise.

Countdown timer for work Hours
We start to use timers and I think that a manager should be able to se a task as a countdown timer. This means that the estimated work hours should be used as clock ticking and the owner should accept that this is the time to complete his work. This will increase productivity dramatically and also wont let users forget other tasks in the pipeline. Event category
I am using an external program that support ics and calDav. The program allows me to set a category per event (not per calendar), however after syncing with zoho, the event category gets filtered. Is there any way to avoid this? Thanks.
