10 Email Journey broke Marketing hub
I have spent the best part of a day setting up a 10 email journey on MarkingHub and it has now just stopped working, every time i try to do an edit, it just freezes up no matter how long I wait for it to process it just keeps locking up. 10 email Journey.. and I've tried to call support, no one picks up the phone. you email a problem in its "ill get the developers to look at that for you" and then you just don't hear back fast becoming very disenfranchised with Zoho, particularly marketing hub
How does the web page visiting journey capture leads?
I have set up the web page visits tracking journey template in Marketing Hub. Since it has been activated I have had people visit our website, but no leads or data has been collected and entered this journey. How exactly does the "visiting any website page" trigger capture visitor information? Any why am I not capturing any of the current visitors information that have visited our website since activating this journey?
DOUBLE OPT-IN IS A PROBLEM
Does Zoho Marketing Hub any plans to remove the double opt in? This is not necessary. Constant Contact and Mail chimp allows admins to decide if they want to use single or double opt in. Please let me know. I do not want to waste anymore of my time if there is no plans on changing this.

Emails stuck in "Processing"
I've tried to send a number of emails, to a few different email addresses, and they're all stuck in "Processing" when I check my Sent folder? Why is this happening? Other emails have gone through fine. -Lauren

How to add another URL to active Smart Popup?
Hello, I have created the Smart Pop-up with the newsletter sign-in form. I want it to show on specific blog post URLs. But once i created it and the Pop-up went active i can't add more URLs, the edit option is not available (screenshot). Trigger a Smart Pop-up with a Delay
Right now, it seems that pop-ups can only be triggered upon entry, scroll, and exit. For smaller pages without scrolling possible, I am forced to annoy visitors with an immediate distraction when they open a page (I surely react this way when browsing). I'd very much appreciate an ability to trigger the pop-up after N seconds/minutes. Stripe Test Payments
Hi, We are trying Zoho Invoice to see it can match our requirements. We want to check Stripe integration and workflow, but can't find a way to make payment with a test card. I have changed Stripe mode to test, and reactivated stripe integration, but it still don't accept credit card. I am trying to share my calendar with Google calendar via iCal feed link and all of my events show up a month early there. RRULE seems to be set for month before. Block certain fields after first input
Hi, We have a few options in the Help Center form which a customer can fill in. We want to block some of that fields so the customer cannot change their initial inputs. Those fields must be blocked for editing for Agents also (except Support Administrators).
Daily Agenda notification does not show any events
Title explains my problem. Yesterday I added 3 group events and 1 in my personal calendar just to test it, and my daily mail 7:00 am said that i had no events today. If i open the calendar, all the events are there. Work partners are having the same issue. Thank you.

Why does Thunderbird (Lightning) not remember the password for my Zoho calendar?
Every time after I start, Thunderbird asks for the password for my Zoho calendars. All other passwords for calendars as well as IMAP accounts are saved and can be seen in the password manager.
