I've been on the MarketingHub train since I got access to the beta last December.
It's an absolutely beautiful concept, and I've had interest from literally every Zoho customer I've talked to.
Biggest pros:
1. Amazing competitor to Pardot. For most of my clients, a subscription to Zoho One costs less than their subscription to Pardot — it makes MarketingHub an amazing upsell tool.
2. Really flexible journeys. Once you get the lead into MarketingHub, the amount of options you have for journeys feels limitless. It's like having a robot fulfill a full-time Sales Development Representative position.
Biggest cons:
1. Mandatory double-opt-in. This makes tons of sense for newsletter sign-up forms, but not for most "Request a Quote" or "Contact Us" forms. I wish it was an option we could toggle on or off.
2. Not enough education. I've educated myself, but a lot of my clients still have plenty of questions about the platform that Zoho's guides don't really answer. I had to have an hour-long in-person one-on-one with Praveen (one of MarketingHub's Product Managers) to really fully understand every bell and whistle. 3. Glitches + bugs. It's to be expected, as this is such a young product. Still, I've had to file a LOT of tickets.
Overall, MH is a home run for Zoho. Great work!
