Email Deliverability
My average email open rate since switching over to Zoho Campaigns is under 10%. The previous platform we used (SharpSpring) was consistently in the mid-20s. I've seen past articles in this forum calling out similar issues with low deliverability, but most were from a while ago. Is anyone else currently having this issue?
