Hi Team, I am adding a new Business mail ID for the domain that I have purchased recently in Godaddy, its http://boneventus.in/. But once I trying to set it up in ZOHO mail ITS saying * This domain is already associated with this account "a*****n@b*****". How to map fields when creating a record from a related list?
Hello! When I create a "Deal" from a "Contact" (Going to the Deal related list and clicking in "+ New Deal") I would like that some common fields would be mapped (like when converting a lead into a contact). Is this possible? If not, would you suggest me a workaround? Some information that was captured on a "Contact" record needs to be taken into the new Deal record created related to that contact. Zoho Flow: Calendly to Zoho CRM (custom questions in calendly)
Hi, I set up a flow where new bookings are transfered to Zoho CRM. Works fine for now (new Appointees are added as a Lead, the appointment is added as an activity. Existing contacts are recognized by email and an activity is added.) Problem: I have several custom questions in my calendly booking. One of them is "Mobile number" and some others. Zoho flow pulls that data as "Questions and answers" or "Questions as responses". Unfortunately not the answer alone is pulled but the whole question section.
Candidate Portal - Invite Mail Template, How Does This Email Get Triggered?

can't get the app to work. (Show android app)
After installing app to androidtv and launching the app .He will ask me to log in to www.zoho.com/tv and enter the code that the app will display on your TV screen. Log in using a computer and enter the code, then a message indicating that the device is accepted. But on tv screen still app shows code and countdown of seconds. When this countdown ends, it simply gives a new code and the countdown starts again. What would help? TV restart did not help.
