This December, we hope that the holiday cheer and the news of our monthly updates will lift your spirits.
We've added two new reports in Zoho Payroll this month: Salary Revision Report and Salary Revision History Report. You can use these reports to track your employees' salary revisions and analyse whether they are on par with their performance.
Salary Revision Report
This provides a comprehensive view of all salary revisions implemented for your employees, including ones you've rejected. In the report's overview, you can find the previous CTC, current CTC, and the difference between them, along with the time and status of the revision for each employee. In the drill down of the report, you can view a breakdown of the earnings and deductions with the difference in values after each salary revision.
You can also customise these reports using filters such as time period, salary revision effective date, and payout month.
To access this report, go to Reports > Employee Reports > Salary Revision Report.
Salary Revision History Report
This report helps you view the salary revisions made for individual employees during their employment in your organisation. Once you've opened the Salary Revision History report in the Reports module, select an employee from the employee list in the top-left corner to view their salary revision history.
