Not Receiving New Ticket Emails
Hello, For some time I was receiving updates when a new ticket was created with no issue. Recently I have not been notified when a new ticket was created. Looking back through my email, there is a lack of parity between the ticketing system and the emails in my Inbox. This is a big problem and has caused some tickets to go unanswered for long periods. Editing Text Content in Email Templates
Hi, I'm experiencing issues with modifying email templates in both CRM and Campaigns. Creating a new one is fine, but once it has been saved, I am unable to make any changes to a text box content type. This is happening regardless of whether I try to modify a Header or standard Text content block. Tested on three different computers and two different browsers (Chrome, Firefox) with the same result. Hello Zoho team, Times have changed and recruiters have to multiply the channels to contact candidates. Some of them respond to phone calls, others to emails, but that's not enough. We do have to use other means of communication as : - Slack - Wattsapp - Skype - Android messages (iMessage if Apple) - Messenger and so on It would be very nice if we could connect our app to Zoho recruit, and using them from there, just having to click on the icon to send a message to the proper channel.
