No SMS logging for RingCentral
I am evaluating Zoho to see if it is right for my company. So far so good, I have one major hiccup and that is by the looks of it, if I am a Ringcentral customer then I am out of luck. With out purchasing new did’s (Numbers) or paying to use a third party software and using their did’s, I cannot send sms through Zoho using RC’s DID’s, when I do use them it is not logged in the lead or contact history. This is about 65% of the contact with my customers currently and to not have that integration solidified

Hello, I have three dates: Pre-order date Order date Closing date I need the closing date to be updated with these dates, based on two different scenarios: 1. If pre-order date is completed, then Closing Date = Pre-order date 2. IMAP Folder view issue with Apple Mail MacOS 10.12.3
Hi, We've migrated all our mail accounts with IMAP folder hierarchy to Zoho few days ago using the migrate option in zoho admin control panel. Using the iOS Zoho Mail app, we can see all IMAP folders and messages within, with no issues. in iOS mail app, we had to change the IMAP folder prefix to / to be able to download the folder and see all. Hello Zoho Community! I'm hoping someone can help me since my campaign is launching in a few days and I cannot get my sync to work consistently between Marketing Hub and the CRM.
