How do you create a subtotal in a summary table. I would assume that there is a formula that calculates a subtotal and/or grand total. Can you show a formula example? Zia Rating
The Zia Rating is a neat idea to help jump to some initial candidates first. However Zia cannot scan any candidate without a resume attached. All of the candidates without resumes attached have filled out provides including all of the information that would be on a resume so I'm not sure why Zia cannot use that data. I want to specify what data is displayed in my Accounts module. For example, "John Doe divorce" is an account. I want to print/display certain parts of the account information (and not all of it). Can I do this? If so, how?
Setting default fill color
Using Zoho Sheets, I have an extra color in my "other used color" in the color fill drop down as shown here (blue arrow) and this color is always the default color when filling my cell: 2 questions: 1. Wrong date format in emails (German)
The date format is WEEKDAY MONTH DAY, while WEEKDAY is shortened correctly in German language, for example tuesday is "Do" for "Donnerstag". However, this is not the expected order. You just filled the english string with German values. Correct would be: DAYSHORT, DATE. MONTH (the dot is correct) ...for example: So, 18. Oktober Can this be corrected?

Hi, Not sure if anyone can help - but I have embedded a creator form into a Zoho analytics dashboard. This form is used to add quick notes to the crm opportunity/organisation/contact modules. The form works fine - however when viewed in the dashboard it is only 2 fields high and the user needs to scroll to input information - which is a bit of a pain. Is there a way to ensure that the form does not collapse when embedded in an analytics dashboard?

We just had a webinar with a "hot-mic" incident. A co-organizer joined but could not hear us on the webinar. Thinking she hadn't properly joined, she started being "verbal" in her efforts to troubleshoot. Some of the language was not the greatest! CNAME ZB
Hi, I recently changed my DNS. This has disconnected my emails. When I log into my cPanel to change the CNAME the pop up box asks for 2 things 'nam' and 'CNAME'. I cannot just add the CNAME 'zmverify.zoho.com' without adding the 'name'. From my research it looks as though I need my zb***** code. Can you provide this or let me how I can fix this problem. It is vital I get this sorted as all emails are down.

Mails sent to alias comes in 'read' status
When someone sends an email to one of the alias email ids, it comes to the mailbox marked as read. I have checked filters and rule there is no such filter or rule which marks the incoming mail as read. How do i fix it.
Cliq - CC Event Creator on Calendar Invites
Hi Cliq Team, It would be useful upon event creation, if Cliq CC'd the calendar invites it sends out to the event creator. We currently do not use Zoho calendar for our staff, so the events are not added to the creator's calendar. Participants get the email from Cliq, which is awesome. Adding participants to an existing recurring meeting
When I add a new participant to an existing recurring meeting, they get sent a separate email for every single day the event is occurring instead of just a single recurring meeting email invite. We just brought on some new employees and added them to a daily meeting and they were immediately inundated with tons and tons of Zoho meeting invites for every day left in the year. It was a mess.

Mobile App options for Multiple Views
Many of my users are stating that they can not view multiple camera views with the mobile app and with many of them accessing Zoom meetings daily they really want to see everyone but they can not. I have a mixed bag of IOS, Android and Desktop users but it is consistently the Mobile Device users that can not see more then themselves. I have a field in the Application "Contractors" that is a dropdown called "Region" within the "Contractor Info" Form I'm using another Application "Scheduling" that uses the "Contractor Info Form" as a lookup field to input "Contractor Name" What I need to do is to make another form (not sure if it should be in the Scheduling Application or in the Contractors Application) where I attach "Region" to a specific manager (either as their login email or User ID).
