Need more specific instructions on MX settings in Wordpress
The DNS settings were verified and accepted by Wordpress but then Zoho took me to another step which required putting in some MX settings in the DNS section of Wordpress. I can't seem to get back to that page after getting into the support area of the zoho site so can't cite the settings recommended. Query Parameters in Open Report action
Hi, I need to pass a query parameter in an Open Report action on a dashboard page I'm building but I can only get the "=" operator to work: fdClosedState=No. I need to have more complex queries passed to a few reports using the same layout but I can't seem to get any others to work with any other operators except for =. I know I can duplicate the reports and apply individual filter sets to each, or add fields to my database that when calculated will give me a value I can use in an 'equals' sense

Auto-import lead/contact pictures from social network profiles
Since we can already associate LinkedIn, Twitter or Facebook profiles to leads/contacts on Zoho CRM, I believe it should allow their profile pictures to be imported (or displayed) on the Zoho CRM user profile directly. Currently, I would need to save the picture to disk and then import it into the contact, which is not very practical.

How to stop Zoho Creator sending us spam mails?
We keep getting spam mails every few days from a Lee Joseph (lee@zohocorp.com) who won't take No for an answer, instead he keeps sending out spam mails several times a week. Having already gone through a poor customer service experience with Zoho Books, can someone please stop Lee from sending spam mails please, we don't use Zoho Creator, nor will we use Zoho in future projects! Update Layout field in accounts using bulk write API not working
Hi, I am using bulk write API to upset accounts in CRM and it is working fine except for one thing: When I map the Layout field to a Layout field in the csv that contains the id of the layout I want to set for the accounts it is not updating/setting the layout in the accounts. I have also tried to set the default layout for the user that creates the job with the one I want to set and it doesn't get set on new accounts. How can I do it? Bookings appointment not adding to existing contact or lead....
Booking appointments are not getting added to existing contacts or leads in Zoho CRM, even if we book the appointment from the 'New Appointment' button when looking at a contact or lead. Email and phone number entered when booking appointment is the same as the contact or lead. Is there something wrong with our setup that can be fixed?...I hope so because this is a nightmare and would render the whole integration worthless for us.

It would be great if Zoho Meeting had an option to show the person currently talking in a bigger window, ie, full screen.. This works on the iPad version for Zoho Meeting, where I can see a full screen if whoever currently speaks. But in Zoho Meeting‘s desktop version I can only see all participants in a same size window. If there are a lot of participants than the windows get really small. Please update Zoho Meeting to show the speaker in a bigger window. Thanks

Books Flow does not fetch InvoiceID
I have a Flow that fetches InvoiceID from Zoho Books. Unfortunately, it does not fetch the InvoiceID. I created a TEST flow to double check and sure enough it does not fetch the InvoiceID. When you go to Output, there is nothing displayed. I am using Search by Zoho CRM Potential ID. Search value is blank when I check Input. Output is blank I am trying to update an Invoice status and it needs an InvoiceID. Books Flow will not fetch the InvoiceID. Please advise.

Hello, I am using a post service (Servistate on Chrome extensions) to quick test creating a ticket via Zoho Desk API before writing code.
