Images can convey any information in a more meaningful manner and sometimes you may want to annotate them for further clarity or better presentation. The annotator allows you to add more context to the images by letting you: Highlight portions of an image Write comments on them Blur or smudge confidential information The annotator option is available when you add attachments in Zoho Projects. You can also try the annotator plugin to capture and work with images from any webpage or screen.
Accessing Zoho Mail API
Hi Team, I've been trying to use the Zoho Mail API to test in the dev environment. I've successfully obtained an access token from this link "https://accounts.zoho.com/apiauthtoken/create?SCOPE=ZohoMail/ZohoMailAPI" but when trying to use it for authorization i'm getting weird errors. I would like to be aware of the status of task allocated to staff- but I am in the dark
Its all very well allocating tasks to staff, but thats the last you hear about it. What would be good is if, when the staff member completes the task, we get a message: task A has been completed by staff member B. or, even better, Task C (name of task) allocated to staff D is overdue Can this be done?
Records per page and browsing suggestion/need
Hi, just hoping to see this implemented soon. I'd like the ability to view more than 100 records per page. Preferably 1,000 or more. Also, see the attached screenshot. The button to scroll over to the next set of records is located at the bottom of the page. Move this to the top of the page as well so you don't have to scroll down to the bottom of the page just to go to the next page of records. Custom Formula Field to Capture First Save Date
I'm trying to determine how to get the date that a Potential/Deal was first saved in a given Stage. I had thought to create a separate formula field to capture the Stage that the Potential/Deal was last saved with, but I can't reference formula fields in formula fields. I'm trying to do something like this If ( OriginalStage != Stage && Stage = "Closed - Quote Submitted" ) FirstSaved = Now Else FirstSaved = FirstSaved Is this sort of thing possible?
API Throws OAuth Error After 24 Hours

I need to print an address for a mailing. The issue is the address is under the contact, and the name under the lead. Is there a way to do this? I was thinking maybe there is a way to copy the address to the lead, and then just print from there.

Hi - It would be great to be able to add multi-line fields in Blueprint transitions. We have had great success using blue print transitions in the job order qualification process. Hi, I have a subform: Dispatch Details in the main form: Order and Dispatch. I need to fetch the value of a subform field: Quantity before updating it with another value. When I try to use the old.Subform.field name on the edit of the form submission it gives me the error: "Variable 'old' is not defined" . Hi, How are desktop notifications - also known as browser notifications - handled by Zoho Desk? I have staff who are not agents, but high-level, and they want to receive desktop notifications only when a ticket is assigned to them. They are not interested in email notifications. Hi, Ii would be so cool if we could bulk update candidate records using more that one criteria. We use candidate codes, we work in a complex industry so most candidates have multiple functional codes, industry codes etc. It would be great to be able to update these using bulk coding. There is unbelievable that zoho mail just can't open it in Microsoft IE, my hard drive was keep running running running, and it was almost burn (I am just trying to describe, but my it was taking workload for my hard drive a lot). We noticed that the emails from some of the accounts in Zoho Mail end up in Spam folder for recipients using Office 365 email. The issue is caused due to Exchange Online Protection server in Office 365, wrongly identifying a genuine email from Zoho Mail as Spam, i.e, due to a case of 'false positive' in EOP. Hi, Is it possible to have Creator automatically generate a unique ID for each entry? I cannot find a way to auto-increment and in the expense tracker I am building I cannot think of any other way to guarantee that each entry is unique - for later finding. Workdrive sheet error "deleted or does not exist"
I've been connecting multiple Workdrive sheets to my Zoho analytics account to create client dashboard reporting. All sheets have been created exactly the same. Most of the sheets are loading fine. But I have 2 or 3 that I repeatedly get a message that the sheet doesn't exist or has been deleted. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it?
