Moving from Office365 to Zoho Mail
I have few mailboxes on Office365. One of the mailbox is coming up for renewal. How can I move this mailbox to Zoho Mail and continue to have other mail boxes continue to use Office365 mail? Thanks, -Naveen

Approval Process of a Subform
I have a request form, Form A, which includes a sub-form, Form B, for any purchases that need to made for the request in Form A. When Form B has an entry within Form A, is there a way to trigger the Approval Process? I can only seem to have the Approval Process triggered when Form B is filled out independently of Form A.
Double "For Each" loop to update grand-child record
Hello all, I have three forms: countries > cities > airports. Each child is related to its parent with one to many bi-directional lookup fields. Saying it differently, each city is related to one country and each country is related to multiple cities. The same is true for the cities-airports relationship. When an update happen on a field on "countries" (the parent), I am trying to update fields on cities (the child) and on airports (the grand-child). I succeed to update the child using "For Each"
Embed a google map in a ZOHO page in creator

Changing behavior of lookup suggestion/autocomplete
Hi, 1-I'd like my lookup fields not to display records in a dropdown fashion. The info in these lookups are private and I'd like the user to type in his value (for example, email), and after 3-5 letters the field would start searching for autocomplete. 2-Or another solution would be to not give any autocomplete/suggestions: to just match the value with the existing record, and if there's no match, then prompt the "Add new record". 3-The last solution would be to filter the lookup in a way that no

URL parameters to pre populate a form
Hi Have tried to pre poulate a form from this... to this.. Product_Used is a Lookup field to another table, with values 1,2,3...etc Have tried the form url with "/Product_Used=2" or "?Product_Used=2" appended to the url, but that does not seem to work. Have also tried ui.add restrictions, but that dis not work. Cannot find anything on the forums. Can anyone help, going slightly mad as I am probably making a basic mistake?
Zoho Mail and Organization Groups
Hello, Say that we have a Zoho Mail organization group (contact@mywebsite.com) with two members (mary@mywebsite.com and john@mywebsite.com). Someone sends an e-mail to the group and both members receive the e-mail. If Mary attaches a Note to the e-mail, will John see the note notification and message attached to the e-mail in his own inbox? Thanks!
Showtime Recordings not available
Hello, We are running Zoho Showtime Trial version. The recordings of the meetings are processing for a long time. its been more than 12 hours now, but still it is been shown as under processing. We are planning to upgrade to a plan if the recordings are proper. PFA the screenshot. W e are not able to view the recordings in the library as well. Is this something to do with Trial version? User Input Pop-up - Does this exist?
Is there any way to have a user input prompt that pop's up asking the user for input? For example, exactly what is seen on the back end when you are executing and testing functions, there is a window that pop-ups prompting the user for input. Does this exist outside of the old stateless form idea?

MH Reminder Loop doesn't notice reponses
I've setup MH Journeys with reminder loops to track responses. Both the first email and the reminder let the user download an attachment they've requested. Here's the problem: MH doesn't notice if the user clicks on the link in the reminder email to download the attachment (screen-287). I have think of two possible reasons for this: it doesn't wait long enough to see whether the user clicks the link. The link reference in the reminder email is not the same as the link reference in the first email.

Quickbooks Journal Entry and Invoices
Hello, Does anyone know if there is a way to link invoices with their journal entries? I was told to try classes but the class ID column in our invoice line items table is empty so I can't do a query to join the tables. I do know these Journal Entries are linked to their Invoices because if I visit Quickbooks, you can see which invoice the journal entry is linked too so I don't know why there's no foreign key I can use to join them when creating a query. Any advice you might have is appreciated.

Can webinars affect a lead score in MH?
When somebody registers for or attends a webinar, I would like to increase their lead score in MH. I can see that Meetings is integrated with MH in the sense that I can see webinars from Meetings in MH, but is that the extent of the integration? Hi, I'm currently writing a custom function that transfers some data from a particular Zoho CRM deal to its respective project in Zoho Projects. The project in Projects is updated if it already exists, else it is created. I'm using APIs to do so and it's working great so far. However, I can't find an api call syntax which allows me to create new Projects groups programmatically; I'd like my Projects groups to be named after a particular field in CRM, which is the same in deals that are related.

Google Calendar integration has problems with Scheduling Interval
We have our workspace Scheduling Interval set to 30 mins, so that our appointments will all begin on the hour or half hour. Once we integrated our Bookings app with our Google calendars, any event on Google calendar that does not end on the hour or half hour changes all the appointment start times on the Zoho Bookings scheduler.
