Rich Text Field Editor and Tag support
Why is there no HTML editor for RTF fields? You can insert HTML code, but you can't edit the entire field. The Notes filed has is, but not the RTF filed. The tools available don't allow it to do much. I worked around this by creating a multi-line text field. On the click of a decision box the HTML code is copied to the multi-line field, ediited there, on the click of another box it is copied back. Works pretty well, but I find not all tags are supported. I want to do a nested outlined list.

Moving contacts from one list to other based on Segment
Hi, we have created a form using Zoho forms. In this form users who fill it out have the option to choose multiple types of newsletters that they may receive from us using a multi-select-checkbox field. Product newsletter, price updates 5 topics in total. We have created a separate list for each topic in Campaigns But since we can only connect one list with the integration in Forms I was wondering if it's possible to move the contacts into their respective separate list inside Campaigns somehow.
Copy Multi-User Field to Multi-Line Text Field via Function
I need to include a multi-user field in our Won Opportunity email notifications. Unfortunately, multi-user fields are not available as merge tags. It's been suggested that I use a function via workflow to transform the multi-user list to a text field that I can use in the email template. This is fine by me and I'm comfortable with the workflow, but I'm not sure how to write this function. Any help here would be appreciated.

Hey all I am creating a flow to allow a webhook triggered timesheet response. I have the payload set up right and its getting broken down properly into variables. My problem is that it seems like the create a time entry action on Zoho books timesheet entry does not allow a parameterized project. Many other fields will accept the values from variables, but for some reason, the timesheet action requires a literal project be selected. Load all data not only filtered data on refresh
Hi, Currently I do auto refreshes from Excel files i have on my OneDrive, sometimes those Excel files can have a filter on one of its columns and when ZOHO refreshes only the filtered data is loaded into the table, is there a way that all the data from the Excel file is refreshed every time nonetheless it has a column filtered or not? Is Zoho reusing inactive accounts? I had an account that I used for personal thing (Bank, utilities, shopping, etc). I am tying to login in, and I see that that account is managed for another person. If this is a reuse account, is is a huge security issue.

The issue I'm having is then getting this file to show in a file field in Zoho. I created my Zoho account today. I am attempting to verify I own the Domain hroberthuke.com using the CNAME method. Following the instructions for Network Solutions (the domain manager), I was able to successfully navigate to the Add/Edit Host Aliases stage. On further inspection, we realised its only for Office 365 users who are not receiving our emails.
