We are experiencing a problem where our emails sent to certain users end up in the junk or spam of the recipient.
On further inspection, we realised its only for Office 365 users who are not receiving our emails.
Our SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are successful setup and validated, therefore its not the problem in this configuration but something with Zoho servers.
