I cannot send or receive mail from anyone. I send mail to gmail account normally but send to any other zoho mail account, the recipient will not receive mail.

I do not know waht the problem is, I do use Firefox, and after using computer for 30 years, to my recall the "mail to" has been always a problem for all which with the time got worse, because people tends more to use webmail. If you see firefox only has to webmail options (one for gmail) to select when you click a "mail to", and there is no add on for something like that to change it. Hi We have just started with Zoho. I've looked back over past questions about why have both the drive and docs and not much seems to have moved on in the last 10 months. I'm using Zoho docs for all file management but would prefer to use Zoho Drive as it's integrated with mail etc but my big issue is that when I want to send an email and attach a file it doesn't give me the option to attach from Zoho drive which seems very strange. for that reason why would I move file management to Zoho drive

The scenario with me today is that I have a table which looks like this Field A Field B Field C a1 b1 c1 a2 b2 c2 In the event section, I would like to just fill in Field A .. I have enjoyed bringing Zoho One online for my small business. I've tried a lot of IT tools in my day, and the breadth and integration offered within the Zoho family is awesome. One minor annoyance as I've been rolling out the apps -- there is a lot of variability in how each app configures time zones. Zoho Finance Permissions Missing from Security Profiles
We have Zoho Finance Enabled to integrate with Zoho Books. It all is working as expected. I need to edit security profiles to limit who can see Finance from the related lists for accounts and Contacts. Triggering an 'On input' script for existing records
Hi, I have a form with some simple automation whereby editing one field dictates the input of another. This was achieved using an 'On input' deluge workflow. However, I only built this flow after having created many records. How can I trigger this script for the ALL of the existing records. Hello, I've setup a workflow which is triggered when an account is created or edited. It then check a checkbox state, and when true, it updated related contacts fields. Viewing Layout
I am the Administrator and the User I have created 3 new Layouts for Leads. When I create a Lead it asks me which Layout do I want to use for the Lead. No problem that works fine. I have also created a few test Blueprints that seem to working fine. My problem is I can not select the different views when I open up a Lead. I have two modules 1. Module Alpha 2. Module Beta. In Module Alpha each lead has a field with a time date value e.g. 23/6/2020 15:40. Is it possible to set up (automatically) when the time date passes in Module Alpha (23/6/2020 15:40), that lead automatically transfers to Module Beta?
Writer Desktop for Windows - Move file not working.
Hi, Just spotted an issue with the Windows installed version of Writer .... click the folder next to the title and the Move dialogue appears but there is no content in it. Tried with multiple Writer files. See screen grab. Works fine on the web.... just in the installed app. Best Regards Jon
