Accountants: How to Create Amazing Appointment Scheduling Sites

Accountants: How to Create Amazing Appointment Scheduling Sites

Quality of service in the finance industry is something that can not be demonstrated to others unless they experience it.

Yes, there are metrics indicating how you are performing compared to your rivals, but even it is only expressing little about efficiency.

In the past, companies used to use advertisements, to which the Internet has opened alternatives in today's digital age, such as websites and scheduling sites for appointments.

A great online presence can help you connect a lot more powerfully to your customers than ever before. It brings faith, trust and high quality standards to the customer's minds in business.

In this scenario, we will be focusing on how to create an amazing appointment scheduling site so that you can make the best of it to showcase your business.

Do you really need an attractive appointment scheduling site for your company?

Accountants provide a service which is hard to be shown physically, unlike tangible products. So, how will you show your service to your clients using a website? Well, you cannot. What you can do is give a sense of trust and confidence to your customers by having a good-looking booking page.

An attractive web platform is critical for growth to accountants today, This also gives you an opportunity to show the quality of your service by having an amazing booking page.

Thus, it is really essential that you carefully plan your booking page so that you can give your customers a fantastic online appearance that can help you attract more customers over time.

Certain rules and guidelines need to be followed while doing this. But why?

Each industry follows a defined language of design. If you take many companies in the same sector you will note that the way they have their websites built would have some correlations.

That is because design language plays a crucial role in communicating a company's ideals. For example, Beach Resorts use a lot of blue on their websites because that is the most common color you will see in that industry.

Likewise we like to include a certain combination of colors on our websites. In reality, this is what the consumers want to see on their websites, as this is what indicates that you know what you are doing.

In reality, a well-designed web page will show that you took the effort to build such an identity that your customers undoubtedly want.

Customers who are looking for great quality services like yours will expect that also in your online presence. Be it the Motel Industry, Spa Salons, Digital Marketing Agencies or any other industry for that matter, having an attractive and good-looking appointment scheduling website can only work wonders for your business.

This guide gives an overview of what you need to know when designing your scheduling appointment page in your industry. If you need directions for every step of the process, we have a guide made for that very purpose.

All right, so, how should you go about making an appointment scheduling site?

Before scheduling an appointment with your company, everything the customer needs to know must be included in your appointment scheduling site. This should include all the information they need to know, and that will make them book a time slot with more information and convenience.

The booking page's architecture and style should not be too different from your website, simply because it will not help forming a single visual theme for the online presence of your company.

The background picture of your booking page will not be much going on because it takes so many things onto your booking page.

We would suggest that you try a booking after developing the website from top to bottom so you can find the finer details on the booking page which may not be relevant. Surely doing all these will result in a much better experience for your customers.

The best place to start is your background image.

The first thing that you need to do is to have an idea of how your booking page should look like at the end. This will help us eliminate waste of time while designing the same. To help with this, you can take a look at websites of other successful accountants or financial firms. This will help you think of a design that is inline with your industry.

One thing you are sure to note is that they would have a color scheme that they use consistently across all their websites. This is done so that there is a uniform and professional look to those sites.

Often photos from your company can help consumers to get more clarity. Also, if you have any pictures from your establishment that you can include on the booking page, it would be great on your booking page.

If you do not have anything like that, you may also get any from certain websites as Unsplash. You can find more information on how to obtain context images for you on the guide mentioned earlier.

The color scheme you will be using would also impact your background image.

If you have at least two colors on your website, this is the color scheme we would suggest to move ahead with on your background picture. When searching for background pictures you should bear these colors in mind, so that you can give priority to those who have these on them.

That will mean that both the website and the booking page are handled equally, so that it would look seamless as consumers turn to the booking page from the website.

Also be careful that the picture you are using on your computer will not have too many items or elements on it, because that would make it harder to read the text that will appear on top of it.

What about the other things on your site, then?

Remember the color scheme which we have used on our background image? We will be using the same on the buttons and text as well.

After designing the background, we mainly have four areas where you will need to apply colors to your booking page: Background Color, Text Color, Color button and Text Color button.

You need to pick a suitable color for each of these elements from your color scheme. When doing this, make sure that the color you add blends well with the background area behind it. This way, you will be able to make sure that everything on the booking page goes well with each other.

Another aspect you ought to bear in mind is to be sure the text is visible quickly with the color you have selected for it. From your paint scheme, you can try different colors for your text, and pick the one that is more visible on your website. If you can not find one from your color scheme, you can either go in black or white.

Keeping the same suggestion in mind, try out different versions of the website and choose one you think is the most suitable.

The text on your site is probably the most powerful part.

You have got two lines of text just above the buttons. You can use this space to add anything you want to your site. While some use this to provide information on their service, you can use it to market your service as well. Anyway, make sure you are making the best of it.

Keep in mind that you can rely on them to read it before moving over the buttons, because the text is above the buttons. You can even adjust the background and include a small amount of detail using certain graphic editing software if you find the space available for the text is not enough.

When building your booking account, we strongly suggest that you check your edits by hitting the Go To button at the very end of the Workspace settings and checking your booking page's live preview. This means you can change the designs while you continue editing and adjusting the various parts of the booking page.

Is that everything that you need to do? Not quite!

Collect feedback from others after your work is done by showing them your site. Sometimes, we get carried away with our design that we often overlook some items that others may notice.

It is also vital that you receive feedback from people you trust, such as colleagues, family members or friends, who can assess your work and have recommendations that may or may not improve your booking page.

Once your booking page has been rolled out, get your customers feedback and ask them to suggest any improvements that might be made from their perspective. This act not only provides you knowledge that you can use to develop your site, but it also lets consumers feel comfortable when they ask for their input, as it makes them believe you care about the quality of your product.

This will only be a long-term value for you, as it will also help build customer loyalty towards your facilities and services.
