Hi, I've today moved to Zoho on recommendation, but I'm having issues with a .net contact form on my website. My previous code would look like the following, and the email received would have the senders emails address, making it easy to reply. Hello, I am trying to copy the Status value from the PandaDoc Related List to a custom field in my CRM Contact's module. The PandaDoc Related List API name = "PandaDoc_Documents": The custom field's API Name = "PandaDoc_Status": If I can run a workflow to update the current "PandaDoc_Documents" status value to the custom field "PandaDoc_Status" then I can complete my goal. Mail Merge Template Search has been disabled
We have over 200 Mail Merge templates. Up until May 30, 2020 we could search for a template, then do a Mail Merge. The search function has been disabled. Mail Merge template search still works when in the template creation workflow, but not when trying to merge a finished template. I'm unable to insert my email templates
A day ago it was working to click the "Insert HTML" button to load my email templates. Today when I was trying to insert my email template via the "insert HTM" button when I click the "insert" button after the template doesn't load and it says, "[object HTMLBodyElement]". Why isn't it showing my email template as it did before. Someone please help me as this is urgent I need these emails to work for communicating with my customers. Thanks in advance.

Email Schedules
Hi Is it still the case you can only have 5 recipients for each email schedule (so if I require 10 people to receive a remport every week, I need to have 2 schedules) - this is a little ridiculous given that we would need to pay for extra email schedules because you can not send to as many recipients as you want like in the CRM Thankyou Natasha

Reset and Submit button not working
I am having an issue with the form Reset button and Submit button. Both work in the application however, on on the published link neither button works correctly. The Reset button will not reset the form. The Submit button sends the data in the form to the report but it does not reset the form and give the "Successful Submission" message. Sheets API - Download workbook
I am calling the Zoho Sheets API from a CRM function. I want to download the workbook as a CSV and attach it to the record. If I use format xlsx, the response is the file. It downloads and attaches perfectly. If I use format csv. the response is a text stream of the CSV itself. As a result, it doesn't download or attach. How can I download the CSV file itself? However, while I can find and replace the text if necessary, specifically I want the replaced version to be a different Format (in bold or italics). Tell a Friend email sends default message, not the message I customized

I have been trying, for a few months now, to solve this problem. We have a set of follow up actions that we are trying to implement.
