Bonjour, j'ai constaté que les données et les chiffres n'étaient pas les mêmes sur les rapports Zoho Social que sur les statistiques des réseaux sociaux (Facebook Insight, Linkedin, Twitter...). Savez-vous s'il s'agit d'un problème récurrent ? Les données sont-elles, par conséquent, fiable ?

Why are the stats off in zoho social?
When I compare the stats that are on Zoho to the stats for Twitter Analytics as well as the stats for Facebook analytics, the numbers don’t correlate. Any particular reason? Four instance, on Zo ho, it indicates that I’ve only posted 62 post on Twitter for a 28 day. But when you contact pic Twitter Twitter says I posted 77 tweets. And the engagement rates are different.
Can't convert or open a Excel / ZSHEET file with Password
Hello there guys As the title implies we're having some issues when trying to upload/Convert an .xlsx file to .zsheet or even open it using Zoho Docs since I'm getting an "Unable to open file" when I double click (which seems logical being that it's password protected) Are there any plans on implementing a Password prompt when trying to open an Excel Sheet that already has a Password? HTML pro's out there, anyone have a sample code you can share of creating a drop-down in Page that pulls the options from a set of form data? Essentially build what would be a form Lookup field but do it in Page HTML. Hello, I am testing Zoho One, and have found that the Licensing for Mail does not allow aliases or multiple domains to be used. These features are available in the stand-alone Zoho Mail program. Hi, I'm trying to fix the contact/account data we have on CRM using the Zoho Sheet view, which works well, but I noticed that all the changes done are not replicated to Desk automatically. (if works if manually, I go on the Desk contact and hit the 'Update from CRM' button. How come it's not automatically replicating?
Email address not found. Unable to send email as the Sales doesn't contain Email address.
I have created a custom sales module. In this I have fields for 4x contacts from a sales lead. This gives me up to 4x email addresses. Always the first contact email is filled in. When I click on "Send Mail" it gives me error: Email address not found. Unable to send email as the Sales doesn't contain Email address. The contact email fields are set as email fields. Not sure how to solve this so I can email via Zoho?
Zoho Flow date/hour format adjustment
Hello! We've been passing our leads from Zoho Flow to Zoho CRM by the integration, and we have a problem with the date/hour format in Zoho Flow. So the format supported in Flow always contains seconds, and in our CRM the field of time/hour that we want to map, can't contain seconds, so they are both not compatible. Is there any chance to change the format or "ignore" the seconds in Zoho Flow so they are equal? What we need is the following: dd/mm/yyyy HH:mm. Thanks in advance!

How do I access a map key+value to use as input for a process?
Hi, We've got a custom function that outputs a map containing 4 key-value pairs. All four are IDs that we need to use elsewhere as inputs to other processes but I can't see how we select just one map item for the input to another process - The only option we get in the picker is to select the whole map variable as the input, which obviously won't work for an item expecting a single input of an integer. Hello Zoho Team, Was having issue removing dynamic content from an email template created using the widget based editor. Was able to easily add dynamic content block but now I can't remove it, can only select an edit if, else if, and else sections but can't remove any. Any advise would be appreciated.

How do I Get a Field in a specific location with multiple columns
When I create a section with two columns the field automatically goes to the top and I want it to be side by side with a field in row two, not row one. See attached picture. I would like Low Total to be right next to High Total.

Can' send/receove emails over 3G/4G (mobile network)
I have a curious problem: Whenever I'm not connected to Wifi, I cannot send/receive emails from my Zoho account. Other accounts from different providers work and general data/internet works as normal. As soon as I connect to Wifi, it works again. It just keeps saying "Checking for Mail..." and eventually times out. iPhone 11 Pro Apple Mail and Zoho iOS Mail app Mobile network: Three UK Mobile data is turned on and any other relevant settings are set correctly. Show year when searching old emails
When using search, it only shows you the month and date of the email (see attachment). This makes it difficult to determine which year the email is from unless you click on. It would be nice to include the year in search results.

Problems with CRM sync + contacting support
Hi all First things first; I have opened up two support requests today, with the problem below, but now I do not have any open (or closed/on hold, for that matter) requests when I acces My Area. Opened 1 ticket and got no reply, so figured I would log in and check and could not find a ticket. Export from Notebook?
The website access to Notebook doesn't appear as an export feature. Copy/paste from an edit window into Word will get pics and text out. However, I can see no way to get sound clips. The Android app has an "Export PDF" and an "Export" option on the cards. Neither of these will export sound clips. Can't seem to save to a local folder, but "Export PDF" does seem to work sending to a Google Drive folder (still no sound clips).
