Email Insights: Sharper insights for better emails.
In this day and age, communication needs to be quick, instant and effective. Among the many channels of communication we use, email still is one of the most cost effective and important ways of reaching out to prospects and contacts.
However, just sending an email to a prospect and waiting for a response doesn't work anymore. When your emails are combined with context and analytics, you can write more powerful content and receive better responses from your prospects and contacts.
Here's the gist of what you will get with email insights:
1. Regular reports: There's no room for guess work when you're sending hundreds of emails to leads, prospects and contacts. Track your sent emails and get daily, weekly or monthly reports on their open, click, response and bounce rates. You now have a clearer idea of what worked and what didn't.
2. Template analytics/selection: Get to know which templates had the best open rates and which ones failed to click, through actual numbers. Find out the open and click rates of your emails through dashboards. Select from templates with the highest open rates shared by your colleagues, update the content in existing templates or create new ones altogether.
3. Template sharing: Select and share folders which have the best performing emails and templates with your colleagues.
4. Template versioning: Create new versions of templates and compare them with the previous versions. Find out which version had higher open and click rates and use that version in future.
5. Response tracking: Find out how your contacts have responded to your emails. Get the details on when the emails were sent, delivered, opened and clicked, and how many times they were opened or clicked.
6. Filters based on email status: Want to follow up on the leads you met through an event? Use advanced filters and find out which leads haven't responded within a certain time frame.
7. Top salespeople: Through analytics, get individual reports about each salesperson based on the number of emails they've sent. Know who's performing and who needs to improve.
