Hi, I'm looking for a solution. I have staff working at home remoting into their work pc's and I have zoho assist deployed to these machines. Is there a way I can use zoho assist to remote into the remoting session? Currently when I remote into the work pc's I can not see what my staff see. I am only looking at what I would see if I went into the office and switched on the work monitor. Thanks
Upcoming renewal notifications showing all a customer's subscriptions
We invoice subscriptions on the first of every month and collect payment offline using GoCardless. To avoid customer billing queries after the fact, I want to email customers an upcoming subscription renewal notification but one that includes all a customer's subscriptions, preferably in a HTML table format. Some customers can have 10 or more subscriptions so sending out notification emails for each subscription isn't really practical. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Can I mass associate contacts with a product? Or only 1 at a time?
Brand new user here. I am setting things up. I want to know if I can mass update contacts to all have the same product appear in their related lists section, or if I have to do it 1-by-1 for each contact individually? It would seem a giant waste of time to have to manually associate a product with each account and contact individually. I read the "associating records" help document but still confused.

Not liking the random and unfamiliar email address that was assigned to our form (accountname-123@forms.zohocreator.com), we made the form email address a member of a Google Group (easytoremember@company.com) This worked a few times but then stopped. Directly emailing the form works. Forwarding from a Zoho Mail address (easytoremember@zohomail.com) works. But emailing through a Google Group does not. ZOHO CRM - Upload field validation
Hi , I have a scenario, during the stage transition in deals, system to check either set of fields are populated with values or the supporting document is uploaded in upload field before the stage is update. I cannot set any definite mandatory fields here as it is either or scenario. I tried through validation rule using function, the entity map variable does not have upload field or look up field to validate . I am not able to write work flow for upload field update. Right now, I'm trying to set up Bookings to replace Book Like A Boss because I don't want to pay for something that is redundant. But one thing that I love about BLAB is that you can "Look Busy" by choosing a percentage like 80%. That way, if my calendar is totally open, the person booking the appointment would only see random slots from 20% of my calendar. Is this possible with Bookings? Thanks!
Cannot Get Product ID from ZOHO CRM
I am trying to create an invoice in ZOHO invoice based on an updated module entry in ZOHO CRM (Invoices Module). Hello, Just discovered your Windows app, and got to say, it is lightweight, pretty, and easy to use. However I want to use it "offline". Therefore, I am wondering : using it as a "Guest" and doing regular backups of my hard drive, is it safe ? is there a risk of loosing all my notebooks because it is not linked to an account or is it all good ? Hello! I made a migration from Evernote to Zoho Notebook. Notes migrated incorrectly (checkboxes disappeared). I deleted all migrated notes to convert them myself little by little. But moreover now I see a notification at every start of zoho desktop. Please watch attached screenshot. I have to press "later" at every start. How to dismiss it?
Way to prevent Notebook and Note title Truncation?
Can anyone tell me if there's a way to get Zoho to display the FULL TITLE of a notebook or note? The more notebooks I add, the more the truncation is becoming a problem; harder to tell them apart without opening each one.
