Too Many Portals
We use many of the Zoho applications such as Books, Desk, Subscriptions Each one has a portal. So for our customers to get what they want to know, they have to login to each portal separately. This is not user friendly at all. Our customers should be able to login to a single place and we should be able to determine what they can and cannot do within each application. Hard & Soft Bounces
Dear management of Zoho and Zoho users, We just sent out our first campaign and got quite a number of "Bounces" as a result. After having checked the user guide, the definition of a bounce was still not totally clear to me. Does a hard bounce mean the email never even arrives at the specific user, or does it mean it automatically arrives in the trash? In what way is this different from a soft bounce? And as a follow-up, what could we do, to avoid these bounces happening in the future? Hope someone

Mail Outgoing Blocked
I am unable to send emails using my email address info at winsomeflora.com and the message I get is Your account info {at} winsomeflora.com has been blocked due to security reasons. I logged into my Control Panel for the domain and see that 'Outgoing' is flagged as 'Off'. When I try to enable it, it says 'Operation permitted for paid users only' Can somebody please tell me what is the reason for this issue and how can my outgoing be unblocked? Thanks,
Why Cant You Delete System Defined Fields In ZOHO CRM?
Why is it not possible to delete system defined fields? For example, I am trying to delete the field "Closing Date" from Potentials but I cant. Why is this not possible? It should be.

Workflow trigger
I have a workflow that is running now that consists of 7 emails that go out over a period of time. I am building another workflow that is similar with a different subject. We have some Leads that will get put into both workflows. I am looking for a way to check if a lead has exited the previous workflow in the past 2 weeks. Is there a way I can do that? We don't want to enter them into the new workflow unless it has been at least 2 weeks since they were in the first workflow.
Zoho Flow and Zoho CRM Incomplete Integration
I find myself so close to being able to produce some really great automations, however i find myself falling short constantly due to limitations on the zoho crm and zoho flow integration. List Form Fields API missing data
Using the Rest API: <form method="GET" action="https://creator.zoho.com/api/xml/sample/forms/fields"> returns all the form fields metadata, except nothing is returned for the 'Name' field or the 'Address' field. Is there any workaround for this?
Failed domain verification
I'm trying to verify my domain and tried the txt method first but didn't work so I tried the CNAME method and it also says that it cant verify my domain although when I paste the link with my CNAME in browser the redirect to the Zoho page works perfectly. Auto submit a form in Zoho Sites
Hi, I embed a survey form into Zoho Sites, then I added a time limit for this survey by adding a javascript. Now I want to take an action that after ending the survey time (ex. 5 min), the form must be auto submitted by the system and alert the user that you are out of time for this survey. Hello, I am fairly new to deluge and have a simple question. If you use 'datasrc1' as a variable for zoho integration in one function, can you use the same term 'datasrc1' as a variable in a different function with a different zoho integration definition without it changing the definition in the first function?
