Stage probability mapping does not update to records
I have edited the stage-probability mapping to a new value %. But... 1. Records for each deal do not automatically update to the new probability values. 2. If I use the 'quick edit' to update the Stage, i.e. click and save. This does update the probability on the page, but is not saved correctly, so the probability has not actually changed. 3. Have to use the page 'Edit' and update the Stage. Now the probability has been updated. Solution: 1/ . mass update of all records when mapping changes
Mailbox Limit
I opened an account with zoho for my domain: zalt.in. I chose zoho as it said I'll get 10 mailboxes as per your policies ( Refer to this link: https://www.zoho.com/sites/help/mail-hosting.html). However, I cannot add more than 5 people as it states that as per my current plan I can only have 5 mailboxes. I signed up for the 10 mailbox plan as we are a group of 8 individuals and hence needed this. Kindly look into this and if possible, please provide the 10 mailboxes. We will definitely upgrade in

When I try to search for some strings on the new help pages and click on a url of the resulting query then a page does show up but its contents is empty. Creating my own pivot table using For Each Record
I would like to know how to group items and summarize the amount, based on a certain field. This code in my page (below) works just fine to get all the expenses that meet the criteria and produce the total of all the expenses. What would be cool though would be to have sub-totals of each category, as well as the grand total (like a pivot table) What I can't figure out is how to get just the records that are of a similar type, in this case all record with the same category (Home Expenses), then sum
Hide Emails Related List for certain contacts
Hello, We would like to hide Email Related List for certain Contacts in Zoho CRM, so that salespeople cannot see email correspondence between company management and our vendors that are in the CRM. The contact record doesn't need to be hidden, just the emails that would show up in the emails related list. All emails sent by management to CLIENTS in CRM need to remain visible to salespeople. Conditionally make a Line field mandatory but only if lookup field was left blank
I can't seem to set a layout rule to achieve this, because this functionality doesn't seem to extend to lookup fields. Essentially, there's one field where a user is supposed to select a value from a lookup field that offers 50-60 options. In case they can't find the correct item to link to, there is also a free text field where they can enter it. I'm trying to think of a way to make it so that the free text field only becomes mandatory in case the lookup field was not filled in.

Hi there, In my Zoho CRM system I've set up email notifications to alert other Users when a change is made to a Potential, to keep the whole team up to date. My problem is that I can't find a way to include the Notes section in the information that gets sent by email. Is there a way of updating other users when a Note is added/changed in a Potential? Add organisation name to a Record Template (under Extensions > Settings)
I want to be able to add to a project template a field which is the name of the organisation. I have a Form where the user inputs this when setting up their business in the application. However, I am setting up the Record Template based on another Form, and I'm trying to work out how to pull in the name of the organisation into the Record Template. I have thought about creating a field on the Form to which the organisation name is added every time a record is created, but this seems a bit long-winded.

CRM Calendar no longer syncs with Google Calendar
I have had my Zoho CRM Calendar set up to sync with Goggle calendar for the past year and it has been working without issue. Suddenly for no apparent reason, it no longer syncs and there is nothing I can do to get it to sync. I have not changed any google or CRM settings. I use the calendar i Zoho Mail, but stopped using the notification function. The reason is that calendar event notifications are sent too often, and my inbox and sentbox are filled up with calendar notifications. I have tried to adjust this, but to no avail. Any suggestions? Erik
Emails sitting in queue and delay in receiving emails
All the users under my account have seen some of their emails placed in a queue and not being sent for upto 2 hours. There has also been a delay in receiving email into zoho mail or some not appearing at all in inbox or even spam folders. Is ther a technical issue with Zoho Mail or is there something that I need to address?

How to work with this exchange rate data
Hey everyone, My question is more of a personal head scratcher. In my finance app, I want to do a some exchange rate conversion. I found this site, https://api.exchangeratesapi.io/latest, which provide basic csv type data of the current rates of the day (adequate for my needs, and free :-). RegEx in Creator using replaceAll function
I am having trouble wrapping my head around the use of replaceAll and RegEx in Zoho Creator. It's my understanding I can't capture groups like I would with JS or Python. Can anyone provide guidance on how I could accomplish the following? str = "abcdefgh Record Date: 2020-04-05\n. abcdefghijklmnop" I'm trying to capture the word after Record Date:, and between \n.
