I am trying to enter a journal entry into Books but I keep getting the following error: "Liability account with include in VAT Return is not supported now for this transaction zoho books" The entry is for a vehicle so includes VAT and the include in VAT return box is ticked in both. Typically one order consists of Zero rated GST Agri commodity and GST compliant Packaging, Custom Agent, Bank charges etc. So given the background If I get order for 1 shipment of 25 ton rice(1000 bags of 25 KG each). Add an approval process in CRM Finance module
Hi, We are using Finance module in CRM. We are able to create Estimates. However there an approval process to validate the Estimates before conversion. Sadly this approval happens in books, and not in CRM. It should be possible to do in the Fiance module too. This would avoid to switch back and forth between CRM and Books.

I would like to Merge, Attach or Link Emails in CRM (internal and external not associated with a contact) to a client email record. This should be possible if internal communication between two staff is associated with a client. The only way I can figure this out at this point would be to add a note (copy/paste) email for reference.
Zoho Creator - Unable to include form as SubForm
I'm currently using Zoho Creator trial and trying to include a form as a Subform in another form. However when I drag the subform item into the form there is no option to use an existing form. Instead I can only add new fields. Is it possible to link an existing form as a subform?

I understand that Zoho Desk chat is a version of the SalesiQ, and as such, it has a long way to go to be usuable for support purposes. Features lacking are: Abilitity to use articles during chat the agent should have the KB articles showing up and searchable so to be able to recommend these to the customer. This is a basic requirement. More advance, introduce ZIA during chat, so to be able to suggest the best article to agent. What are the plans for this function? Any roadmap available?

Dear reader, We have big problems getting e-mail from ZOHO CRM delivered. A lot of the e-mails send from the CRM to multiple recipients is placed in de SPAM folder from our clients. We have placed the underneath mentioned DKIM signatures for notifications.zohocrm.com, sender.zohocrm.com and mailer.zohocrm.com in our DNS. We have added the SPF with the transmail.net domain. Should we consider adding a DMARC policy? What is best practice? How to adjust the ZOHO CRM for this? Please help, this is disrupting

I'd like to have them subscribing to my newsletter as well, and thought I could embed a signup form in my email to them. Hi Everyone, I am looking to have the "AMOUNT" field auto populated with data that is calculated into a "TOTAL" field. The TOTAL field is part of a sub-form that is the final net amount of the contract value (salesperson enters Gross amount and discount amount and the total is populated - gross - discount = total/net total). I would like to have that dollar amount in the TOTAL field be autopopulated into the AMOUNT field for reporting and tracking purposes. What is the best way to do this? Thank

I have a button that executes a custom function (sends an email). Currently, when the button is clicked it's difficult to know if the button was really clicked. There is no validation or confirmation. Potentials Report showing duplicate lines
I have created a report on Potentials that are at a certain stage, and included Quotes on those Potentials, as I want to include Quote Stage on the report, but the Report is showing multiple lines for the same Potential due to there being separate Product Details within the Quote, so a line is being included in the Report for each Product line. How do I only show a single line for each Potential but still include the Quote fields?
