How to make a Campaign workflow process invoke a webhook?
I can't seem to find any process in workflows that would allow me to kick off a webhook. I have set up a webhook under "Settings", but can't seem to find a way to associate it to a campaign as an action/process. Can anyone tell me what process might include an option to invoke the webhook?
Article suggestions to chat agent
I'm trying to understand how the KB articles can be utilized by the chat agent over chat. It seems that SalesIQ is not able to suggest articles or even display the articles on the same window as the chat conversation, making it nuisance for the agent. How is this handled by you guys, or anyone in here?
Unresponsive site builder

Zoho mail not loading on web browser
For the past week or so, my zoho mail has been hanging on the loading screen when using the web browser. I have tried two different browsers - Chrome and Edge, and it does this on both. The app on my phone works fine. This is my work email and I need to access it on my desktop computer in order to do my job. Is there any way to resolve this?

Hi: I know I can send an email (email template) automatically if I set the Workflow Rules correctly. My question is: if a new quote(or invoice) is created (or modified), is it possible send the .pdf file automatically by using workflow rules? I have the Zoho CRM PHP SDK working but I have realized that, though the CRM SDK works well it doesn't appear to be created to access other Zoho API endpoints (i.e. Zoho Campains). Our company needs to use the Zoho Campains API and there appears to be no Campains SDK (that I can find...). Can't edit animation - just get reload screen

Zoho Writer Merge & Sign Issue
Hi, I am using the writer application and using it to merge data from a csv into a document template, and then send that for sign. My issue is that when I click 'Configure Sign Workflow' and the Merge And Sign popup comes up, I want to check off 'Remember these settings for future merges'. However, when I check this off, the next time I go to do a merge the settings are not remembered. Is this a glitch, or am I doing it wrong?
Can't see headings in subform when adding multiple lines
Hi guys, My users are having trouble when entering more than about 5 lines on a subform. As more lines are entered the field headings are scrolled out of view on the page. I fixed this in the old version of Creator by adding a tooltip to each of the fields. When the user hovers over the field it displayed the tip. However, now I am using Creator 5, the tooltip only appears next to the heading which is out of view, not in the field itself. Any thoughts as to how I can keep the field headings in
Unable to change spacing between Elements
