Unable to use HTML email in a Custom Function using Deluge sendmail[]
Hi, I'm trying to create a custom function that sends an email, an HTML email with formatting and images, to be used with a business rule in Zoho Projects. I've stripped the 'message' part of the sendmail function right back to basics but it still fails. In the example below, removing the DIV styling tags allows it to save successfully. Won't save with styling tags, or image tags.If the message is changed to a simple "<div>TEST</div>" it saves. Can anybody please shed some light on what the problem
Allow password name search by multiple partial strings separated by spaces
Browser extension's search requires an exact match for multiple whole strings separated by spaces. That needs to be improved to allow searching by multiple partial strings separated by spaces. For example, suppose I have saved a password with the name 'google.com - personal'. Now if I want to find this in my Zoho Vault that contains lots of google passwords, I have to search for 'google.com - personal'. I have to remember the precise sequential characters that I need to search for, which is unhelpful.

Never URL
The browser extension has limited features for Never Save (you can't directly add an entry). And these settings don't exist in the online vault. Need comprehensive online and offline settings to add/modify/delete turn-off of Zoho Vault on specific sites. Checklist in projects or sprints
Hi I saw that there is a way to create a checklist using Blueprint, however, I never saw how it was initiated. My client want a daily checklist created: 1 - Wants to have the checklist populate daily regardless if all items were checked off or not 2 - Which app is best, Sprints or Projects? 3 -Can Blueprint be used for Projects/Sprints? Full page browser extension
Zoho Vault browser extension for Chrome is a small menu accessed by clicking on the plug-in icon. This is useful, but what we really need is a full-page browser extension which works offline as well as online. LastPass has this. It's really helpful and fast for working with a large number of passwords when offline. Can create/edit/delete/move passwords, and edit settings, and it automatically syncs to the online vault. It's pretty much identical to the online vault - it has nearly all the same features
Show count of passwords after folder name
In the new UI, it would be great to see the number of passwords contained in a folder, after the folder's name. e.g. Social (11) LastPass has this. Currently in Zoho Vault I have to click on a folder to see the count.
Folders inline with passwords, with expand and collapse options
In the new UI of your online vault, in the Passwords page, the Folders appear on the left, and Passwords appear on the right. It would be great to also have a merged view which shows the folders inline with the passwords, and allow expanding and collapsing of individual folders or all folders with a single click. Mass Update Records using Schedule and Iteration

Drag and drop
Critical functionality missing, even in the new UI. Need to be able to move passwords (secrets) between folders (chambers) using drag and drop. LastPass has this. It's a single click. Currently in Zoho Vault it takes five clicks to edit a password's folder.
Allow symbols in name
Our convention is to put the main part of the url as the name e.g. we store 'google.com' rather than 'Google'. Your system blocks essential characters like / (forward slash) in name. It's not necessary to prevent from adding such essential characters. For example: airvistara.com is a different login to airvistara.com/gst - but Zoho Vault won't allow me to save an entry with the name airvistara.com/gst because it contains a forward slash. Very unhelpful. LastPass allows it.

FreePBX CRM Module with Zoho
Hello We're testing out zoho CRM and therefore trying to connect our FreePBX and Zoho instances. There are two ways (afaik) to connect Zoho and FreePBX: Version A Using the commercial plugin provided by Sangoma "Sangoma CRM". When trying to "Authorize with Zoho" from FreePBX, we get the following error message in a new browser window: ERROR_invalid_client Nothing else, just this. Allow duplicate names
We have multiple entries for the same site. We want to put the same name for them. We can differentiate them based on the username, which is visible in the list view. It's restrictive to enforce unique password names. LastPass does not enforce that.
How to remove multiple contact people from opportunity in the CRM?
Hi there, We had accidentally added the wrong contact to an opportunity, as the contact has the same name as someone in another organisaion or "account" - however, since replacing them with the new contact, it now comes up with both contacts associated with the opportunity. Intergration Zoho Forms with Zoho Creator
our system utilises both Forms and Creator the some data that is input into Forms is also required in Creator. is there a way to integrate the two so that when a Form is submitted it automatically sends the data needed to Creator. btw I have attempted to use Zapier, it is not great at recognising and setting fields, there are constant errors it is not user friendly AT ALL! any help is apprecited

In my opinion, Zoho just needs to stop with the online seminars. I have had NO luck attending them. My history of some of my issues: 1. I can't understand the presenter. I am in the US. Sub Category Default not working.
Under Settings (Cog Wheel) > Layouts and Fields > Layouts I have Category and Sub Category marked as required. In Category, I have created a category called other and marked as default. In C5, I want to create a page that serves as a "dashboard" for a specific asset. The page should display all records in a log that specifically relate to that asset (by ID). We are trying to implement Zoho Commerce and initially the functionality looks great. Would it be possible to have a way to give member level discounts? Outlook on Android not saving Account info
I am working with Microsoft also. I have two LG G8s. Both are not saving the account info in the Outlook App. Everytime I launch it, it wants the entire IMAP/SMTP server info entered.
Search in the Issue Description too
Typing something in the search box, the search function should search also in the Issues' description. At now, for issues, the function search only into the issues' title. This would be very helpfull to avoid lost of time searching the desired activity. For tasks, the search function looks both into title than description of the activity.
