Help defaulting my name email address
I am having an awful hassle with Zoho emails. I would like my email address hello@travelgurus.com.au to be my default email. I have set it to primary in my account. However, I also have travelgurus@zoho.com which I guess I set up accidentally (assuming it would be a cpanel login type address). When I go to the app on the desktop or my mobile, travelgurus@zoho.com keeps coming up and not hello@travelgurus.com.au I tried to delete the zoho email and received the error that a zoho email cannot be deleted!
Are comments inserted as new or replies to existing comments auto saved?
I notice that as I add new comments or reply to previous, the document does not appear to be auto saved unless I actually make a change within the document itself. Is this really the case? I am working in a Word doc edited within Writer.

It worked perfectly, but for some reason since 20 December Sheets will no longer recognise the 'Added Time' as a Date Time cell. Hello all, I have my Help Center ticket form broken up in to 3 separate sections, but they don't really look like separate sections on the form. The form is laid out with the section titles, field titles, and field choices all left justified, with no way to change whether fields should be displayed side by side, above and below each other, indented etc. The problem is exacerbated when more fields are made visible with Layout Rules, as it becomes even more convoluted for the customer. All 4 people in the company have a personal Linked in account, they then join the Company account as administrators But the company account does not have an email or password You simply click on your account then HOME and then the Company Page is a page that belongs to you. How can we indent in a cell? Simply prepending spaces does not work, as they're stripped, and that isn't the right answer anyway. People Time Tracker sync to Books missing the "Work Item"
Hi, We log time through Zoho People (and Zoho Projects) and the tracked time gets synced to Zoho Books. Unfortunately the "Work Item Text" not gets synced to Zoho Books, but this is the information we need on the invoices. When will you update the sync interface to sync "Work Item" as well? Can we pay you to update the sync-interface? At least, we need to export the UNBILLED time log from Zoho Books.
How to create my own log file of errors within an On Success workflow?
I need to capture look up errors (-1 index) when I'm missing good master data in my app. It's creating other records, but I need to know when someone runs it and it throws an error, thereby missing data. I tried to ADD a RECORD to a simple Log File form I created, but it's not taking it, I assume because the docs say you can't add a record in the middle of an On Success workflow? Related tables in Zoho Creator not behaving as expected
Hi I have imported 2 tables which are related. The first form has a primary key. The second form has a foreign key and both tables were related. I have imported these 2 tables/forms into Creator. The table with the primary key is the main form and a subform is linked to the table with the foreign key. However when I click edit on a record in the mainform, I expected the mainform to populate the data in the main form as well as the subform data....but it isnt the case. Has anyone had this problem

Sample app won't install
I am trying to install the Product Catalog app in Creator but can't get past the "Setting Up Application" message. I have tried this in 4 different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Brave) but the same thing happens. The last thing I've tried is installing it in a private window in Firefox.
