Smart Filters and automatic filtering to 'Newsletter' or 'Notification'
I'm a relatively new Zoho user. I discovered recently that mails were being automatically tagged and filtered as 'newsletters' or 'notifications' which mean they are automatically being placed into one of those folders. Zoho Campaigns SMS Reports
Hi Team - I was able to successfully send SMS campaigns in Zoho Campaigns. However, the reporting part is, I think, broken. When I go into Reports, SMS Campaign Based Reports, delivered is 0 even though I can see the Message History in SMS Magic. I have 2 SMS Campaigns that ran and both of them have 0 delivered. The first SMS Campaign has my mobile number and I was able to receive the SMS Campaign but delivered is 0. SMS Magic has the Message History that says SMS was delivered successfully. Can
Zoho support will not respond, closes all requests for help
I accidentally deleted an email address and have been going back and forth with support for over 2 weeks now, but they stopped responding last Friday and any time I reach out, my requests get closed with no reply and they will not respond to my email. My last successful communication with them was on Friday, during a phone call that resulted in them not fixing the issue and saying someone would call me back. Zoho Project Events need to be Portal Wide
Please see the attached screenshot. We are so close but not yet there :-)! I have created triggers for all Zoho Project tasks and bug for our portal. But for events we need to define a project which is completely impractical, we'd have to create 30+ flows and endlessly add more. Due Dates are not being sent from Project Issues to Google Tasks
Please see screenshots below. Would someone at Zoho please test triggering the creation of a Google Task whenever a Project Issue is created. The problem is the due date does not get sent to Google. Hi I have set up the Expense Report approvals. it goes from the submitter to the 1st approver. Once the 1st approver approves, then it goes to the 2nd approver. My question is: When the 1st approver is away, the approval process does not progress to 2nd approval. Can you be able to put many approvers in the 1st approver's place?
