"Restore form Trash" improvements needed
Dear Zoho Corp., there are some improvements that the "restore form Trash" absolutely needs: 1) it's is currently not possible to download a file or restore a file in another folder form the "restore from Trash", thus not allowing to download a copy (i.e. of an older file that was overwritten) without risking to overwritten new ones; 2) "restore from Trash" DOESN'T SHOW THE PATH IN WHICH THE FILE WAS and therefore with multiple files with the same name deleted in different folders it's not possible

How to hande invoices dated of previous fiscal year, but are delivered to my company and their expense occure this fiscal year?
I have some expenses that occure on bank this fiscal year but their invoices dates are of previous year (but received by mail also later this year). How to I handle this on Zoho Book so they appear on my profit loss results of previous fiscal year and not on this year?

Cut & Paste - Writer
Cut or Copy and Paste in Writer is not working in Firefox (Linux). This used to work, now it doesn't. This seems to be a recurring issue with Zoho. Installing the Writer browser Extension as instructed makes no difference. Problem is present both in right-click operations and with the side menu buttons. Cut/Copy and Paste sort of works in Sheets, that is, copying works but paste only works if the clipboard content is pasted into the input box; it will not paste into a new cell. System is: Ubuntu

Hi all, I am facing an issue while getting data from https://crm.zoho.in/ . I am using the clientid and client secret, generated for zoho crm account assigned to amritatest**@gmail.com. The client ID is 1000.0JLDYGYRZMS9CXU7F3H8ZX839P****. Using our Application(.Net supported) we hit the https://accounts.zoho.in/oauth/v2/token url and generated access token then using that we fetched the correct data. After one hour I tried to fetch data again using that access token (generated for amritatest**@gmail.com)

Workdrive General Folder not syncing

I'm new to Zoho CRM, and we are in the process of sending out our first mailing. We want to make sure we don't send the same mailing to members of the same company (account). Is there a way to create a field in one contact which when tagged/checked will also show up in the other contacts in the same company. If there's a better way to do this, please let me know.
