What's the best way to handle an upgrade or downgrade of an existing client deal?
We frequently have deals that have closed where at a later date we incrementally add additional service to the same deal or remove/downgrade an existing deal. If we add a new deal for the difference, it really starts to make it kind of messy. If we upgrade the deal, we dont want to change the original close date but would like to reflect the new incremental revenue or downgrade. What's the best way to handle these changes.
Revenue Field question
In my business, I need to be able to include the sell price and the revenue in the DEAL section. They are not the same number because our company's revenue is the sell price MINUS payment to vendors for equipment and labor. What we earn from that deal is different from the sell price (less), but we want both figures to be included in the Deal information. What I have in mind to do is in theory really straightforward, only Zoho APIs have historically proven difficult to navigate for me. So we have a custom module that stores a numeric value in 2 different formats. One format starts with "123XXXXX". The other format starts with "456XXXXX". Unnecessary reminders and tasks leading to user frustration
When a candidate is added to the system, we have the option to send them a GDPR email. We also have boxes we can tick to say that psychometrics have been sent and also received. When these are ticked, the system will still require us to tell it that this has been done, or will log it as an overdue task. This means we have to both do a task AND then tell the system we've done it as well! These are not the only unnecessary tasks - but they are the most annoying. This adds nothing to the user experience

Alphabetical sorting needed in Docs
It is ridiculous that folder contents can not be sorted alphabetically in Zoho Docs on the Web. It is frustrating and time consuming to have to scroll down a jumbled list of files looking for the one you want, rather than going straight to it. The available options of sorting by Last Opened, Date Modified or Created Time do not help at all. I would imagine that alphabetical sorting is a basic requirement for most users.
TLS currently unavailable
I keep getting "TLS currently unavailable" when sending mail to a particular email address. When I send a message to this address using iCloud mail it doesn't complain about TLS. Is there an incompatibility of the TLS/SSL versions between zoho mail and certain other email systems? See below for the warning message. Planned Tasks - more possibilities to set the repetition
Hello, it would be very helpful, if we could set our own period of repetition, ie bimonthly, quarterly, each 6 months, etc. Tasks can be planned only daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. However, for prospect activities or "stay in touch" activities we need bi-monthly or quarterly, sometime 6 months periods. Can you please add this in the product plan? Thank you Miroslava
