I can't receive emails

In my zoho email I can send emails to other people normally.
But not receiving email from others, the message appears that the address was not found.
DKIM, MX and SPF settings are all verified as below image Do you know what could be done?
Can we add a meaningful note or name (like devices) to a temporary remote session that is visible in top left screen? You currently have this function for unattended access screen.
Like to use a custom entry like "Devices" in unattended access. Temporary sessions do not have custom or remote session screen just has number - would like to be able to name it something meaningful when we have multiple screen open and need to know who we are talking to.
Email sporadic authentication issue
I have one particular e-mail account in my organisation that my email client keeps throwing an authentication error for. I can initially authenticate fine, but after ten minutes or so the authentication fails and the mail client asks to re-authenticate. Zoho Projects Events don't contain start and stop times
I would like to have a Zoho Project Event trigger the creation of a Google Calendar Event. Problems: - Flow only provides a start time. Since Zoho Project Events contain both start and end times, I assume this is an oversight? - The output of a Zoho Event Start Time is not compatible and Google Calendar rejects it. Hello, I tried contacting support several times but I didnt have much luck, the thing is, I am starting to use zoho desk but I want to choose in which department I get the ticket numbers displayed and in which department I stop putting them there whenever I make a reply. The thing is that when I reply in the subject it displays Re:[## 166 ##] (No Subject) where [## 166 ##] is the ticket number, and I want it to display it like Re:(No Subject). Mass email success rates?
Hi All, I have used Z Recruit for 6-years, and now have 6 Consultants working on it. I've raised this query a number of times over the years, but we are really concerned that a number of our mass email campaigns do not actually ever get delivered / seen. We run a number of campaigns per day, and generally most are under 100-Contacts in a single mail-out. Sometimes we do not ever get any replies or even 'Out of offices' (I know Z recruit has the 'Sent' and 'Opened' status but these seem very limited.

Contacts not Syning from CRM to Contact List
I have made a list in Zoho CRM and have synced it to my Zoho contact list for a campaign. The list has been sitting in the active sync list for over 24 hours. The list is active in the sync but it is in the "import Queue" and has not added any of the contact to my list. Please advise me on how I can fix this problem. I have multiple list I need to create and everything is sitting in a queue and not transferring to my contact list.
Zoho Campaigns not showing recipients
Hello, I've created a campaign I'm hoping to send out tomorrow at 11am, the issue is when I go to add the contact lists that the email should be sent to it doesn't resolve. It shows the list being moved to selected but the box remains unchecked and the selected lists field remains blank. Are you aware of this issue? I'm using Google Chrome as the browser. Thanks

Overwritten Lead Sources
Hello, At some point, I believe I may have overwritten the original values from within the Lead Source standard field. For example, let's say an original value for Lead Source was Partner and I overwrote that value to Web Form: Now, when I receive leads from a webform via Zapier and specify the lead type = Web Form, the result I get for Lead Source when the lead posts into Zoho is Partner - not web form. Unfortunately, I can find no way to repair this issue. Any thoughts?

Zoho Books and Zoho Expenses have no banks integrated in my country for payments/expenses etc
Its quite disheartening to see that after all the setting up of approvals etc in Zoho Expenses, I cannot find a bank to pay our clients etc. We have a transactive/interactive bank account with ANZ Bank where we currently upload the payments. I would have expected something very similar with Zoho Books and Zoho Expenses where a expense recorded through Zoho Expenses after the final approval through the system would be uploaded to the bank for processing...unfortunately there are no banks listed there.

We've created a form on our website that allows users to update their company_name, billing address and VAT (which is setup as a custom field). The form uses the Zoho Subscriptions API to update these values in Zoho Subscriptions. However, when we create a PDF invoice, only the company_name, dislay_name, and vat are displaying.
