Monthly subscription by users count
Hi, We are a SaaS platform like you guys in Zoho. We want to use Zoho subscriptions but we have p problem cause some of our clients are paying a deferent amount of money depends by their active users amount. It means that Customer X can pay on January $200 for 5 users ( 4 times $50 ) and on February they will pay 250$ for 5 users. We need to manuslly update the users count in order to charge the right amount. How can I manage it with Zoho Subscription? Thanks
Oauth Refresh Token invalidated on password change
Hi, When a user changes their password and chooses to "Terminate all active web and mobile application sessions." this appears to invalidate the refresh token however the App is still listed in Connected Apps. As a developer how can I get a new refresh token without requiring the CRM user to re-authenticate with our v2 app as it is already showing as connected in Connected Apps? Why is the csv.-display from my file in Zoho different in compare to Excel?
Hello my dear community, I hope, you can help me with my question.:) Like you see in my two attached pictures, the display is different, although, it is the same file. With Zoho, everything is allright. But in Excel, the display seems chaotic and I don´t know why. Maybe, anybody knows the reason for this difference? Thank you very much in advance for your help. Zapier Integration - Datetime field pulling month value for minutes
I have an integration setup between Zapier and Zoho CRM using the new API. When creating an event entry, I pass a value for the start date/time formatted as: 2019-12-15T15:30:00-06:00 However, the Data Out is: 2019-12-15T15:12:00-06:00 It appears that the Month value is being passed to the minutes value. When I changed the test date to a November date the minutes get changed to '11' instead of '12' as shown in the example above.

We have our CRM keeping track of our global leads and deals. We organize our accounting data into three separate geographic organizations, United States, Australia, and Canada. This spreadsheet is shared between some users, but they're not removing the formatting on the sheet, according to file history. Update lead source for converted lead
How can I update the lead source for converted leads (contact)? I am looking at the Analytics-Sales Funnel, and I can see that there are leads converted to contacts that do not have a source lead. I am trying to correct them so we can use properly track (btw, we just standardized our lead source so the data is messy). I tried updating the lead source manually in the contact modules, however, it does not reflect on the reports. Is this possible? Thank you!

Zoho CRM Integration and German vowels
Hi Zoho forms team, we have the Zoho CRM lookup integrated and it finds contacts via Last Name. This works only for contacts who's names do not contain any mutated vowel such as ä,ö,ü. Any contact with such a vowel in his name does not show up (the search returns "No matches found."). Can you help with this bug please? Thank you, Jens

Update the form customization interface
Hello, I've been working with Zoho Forms for many years now and think it's a great form builder with many additional functionalities. Even today I still get lost in the customization options interface. Would appreciate if you could consider updating it to improve the user experience of form customization. It would really be better to have some sort of a toolbar than the current selection boxes which make it complicated to find different customization options. CRM .XLS file lead import only importing the first 44 records
I have tried importing leads from an .XLS file that has 65 records. Only the first 44 of these show up in Zoho. I have tried the import twice and I have checked the data to make sure there is nothing in the final 20 rows that would cause an error. I received no errors on the import.

Zoho CRM Consuming 100% CPU with Google Chrome Helper
Hi, I'm not sure if anyone else is experience the same type of issue. But in recent months my Google Chrome Helper is constantly consumer between 80 - 100% of the CPU only when I have Zoho CRM running in the web browser. Every instance of Zoho CRM I am running (so say 3 tabs), each will be consuming this much CPU. I'm using a Mac Sierra with Google Chrome Version 67.0.3396.62 (latest) I used to be able to run 5 - 6 instances of Zoho CRM with no issue.

We have started using subfields to get around the lookup field limit on forms but we have not found a way to import data and populate them in bulk. On the backup and migration mapping they appear as separate file, like a separate module. But we can't find a way to populate them via import because you can only choose one file at a time when importing. Basically when changing deal stage I have some fields that become mandatory and customer must accept before proceeding, but we also need a signature from client.
