SPF issues
I keep getting (We are unable to get TXT record for SPF right now) this is after waiting 48 hours, but when I MXTOOLBOX https://mxtoolbox.com/ It show's up in their lookup as it should, try my domain commodores.co.nz - My account with ZOHO is a payed one. Your help will be much appreciate, I'm using my same old host and cpanel witch I have had no problems like this before with setting other domain mail using my normal host and ZOHO mail. Regards.

After our code randomly stopped working, and started erroring with bizarre errors, I discovered that the PHP SDK (at least) has had a bunch of params changed. $module::getRecords() has changed, as well as a huge number of other things. Hi Many of the organisations that we work with have parent companies. We would like to have a clear view all the way through the system that makes reference to the parent company. Hello all, I was having problems with the PHP SDK, so am also trying with cURL, however I'm getting a INVALID TOKEN response. How to setup SLA for ticket update or customer reply
I have setup SLA for the ticket create option so now whenever any new ticket is generated 8 business hours respond time will be allocated to the ticket . But the problem is when client is reply to the ticket then no due date or response time will be allocated to the ticket. We have been testing the Wordpress plugin for a while now and although its really great, the one thing that is missing is the ability to send the details captured into the 'Approved Lead' list. With standard Zoho forms this happens automatically but for some reason, the Wordpress Plugin sends the captured details straight into the main leads list.
