I do suggest you to introduce a new type of mandatory field which would become active (become mandatory) based on rules and conditions such as blueprint status, field values, time counts, correspondence count, etc. For example a field used to classify solution proposals shouldn't be mandatory when the ticket has been received (New ticket) but become mandatory on certain statuses of the blueprint.
Copy Field Info from 1 field to another
I'm trying to copy an address field from a previous section in a Deals Layout based on a tick box "same as previous" rule. I have tried to do this via a formula but the formula is hidden and only viewable when in the module builder. How can I copy info from previous fields and/or make formulas fields visible?

Hi MarketingHub users, I ask the question because the MarketingHub promotional video shows how I will be able to make better spend decisions based on the data collected with Touchpoints, but I find this feature just does not work. If you are using the feature successfully, please tell me how you have it set up. Forms no longer appearing on Wordpress pages
I installed the ZMHUB Wordpress plugin and added lead gen forms into my pages using the short code. The code is still correct and the forms still appear in Marketing Hub but the forms no longer appear on my website. They had been working just fine. I removed the shortcode, updated, re-added the shortcode and updated again. The forms still do not appear. I attached a screenshot of the forms from the Wordpress plugin

Respected Forum, Our domain innovationmotive.com is registered with godaddy.com and we are using zohomail as our email. Earlier it was working good but due to some issues we changed our hosting and migrate to hosting.co.in, now our domain is with godaddy and hosting with hosting.co.in. Since we updated our nameservers record our email showing error. If we send email using our innovationmotive.com email to gmail it received, but if we send email using gmail it not received to our innovationmotive.com

Hi, I am using zoho subscription and zoho Invoice for one of my application. In my application, Customers will pay in advance for the services that they may use. Then at the end of the month when an invoice is generated, it should be balanced off with the advance payment that is already done. Also, Customers should be able to top up the balance. They should always keep a minimum balance of a fixed amount. How can I achieve this in zoho ? Can I achieve this just by using invoice and credit-note

Buenas, Estamos intentando sincronizar las cuentas y contactos cel CRM a Desk, y no hay manera, le hemos puesto el ZSC, nos dice que està autenticado, pero si creo un ticket nuevo, solo me salen los contactos que ya han enviado un ticket. Tambien vemos que en la sincronizacion pone pausar sincronizacion siempre, como si no acabase de sincronizar. Se ha de hacer algo a parte de autenticar el CRM en Desk? Gracias
