Timeline View Out of Order
Hi Team - I am not sure if I am the only one with this issue. My timeline is out of whack or out of order. This started yesterday. I already deleted cache cookies, rebooted my PC. I used Chrome and Firefox and both browsers have out of whack timelines. See attached.

What to do with "Lost" Leads
For those who have leads which ended up not working out, which could be considered lost or dead leads, and one does not want to delete the information, what do you currently do?

All, Does someone know how to disable the message "Given URL blocked for this team. Try after sometime."? This is very annoying. Zoho told me this occurs when more than 50 mouseclicks are done in 2 minutes. Sprints gets blocked for one hour. This really harms the progress in our team. Not being able to disable this message or shortening the time of hour will result in a switch to a different system. Hope someone can help. best regards, Wesley

How do people get Lists to appear neatly when embeded
Hi Team, I have tried embedding some league tables our of the CRM into a wordpress website, a confluence page in Atlastian and onto a google site and now of them look any good. I have bene told by ZOHO that it is not them and that it is everyone else... But I would only expect that if it was one other location... Can someone please help? Cheers, Kim

When creating leads via the record APIs, is it possible to add an attachment? I've got data that can be, say, up to a MB to be associated with a lead. I see that the UI permits attachments, which feel ideal.
How to get Zoho CRM ID from an Invoice ID
If I have a zoho books invoice that is attached to a Zoho CRM Deal, I know I am able to locate the invoice by simply knowing the Deal ID of the deal it's connected to. What about the other way around? I have the Invoice ID of an invoice that is tied to a zoho deal, and I want to find/fetch the deal associated with the invoice. How do I get the deal ID if I have the Invoice ID? Is there a custom function I have to run to get this info?

CRM creating new leads for existing Contacts due to capitalization in address
Hi, I noticed recently that Zoho CRM is creating new Leads for existing Contacts due to capitalization in the email address. For example; say I have a Contact record for John Smith who I've been emailing for a while now (using BCC Dropbox to save a record to Zoho CRM) at john.smith@company.com. Then, John reaches out to me for something today and, for whatever reason, his email address appears as John.Smith@company.com. Zoho Spring Integration with Zoho Projects & CRM
We currently use Trello, mainly because of the Column Kanban like structure. Each of our project is a 'trello card' with the relevant details inside such. Which app is better to replace Trello. Sprints or Projects?

Pero Zohomail me da muchas dudas tambien: en la empresa queremos tener todo "unificado" en el CRM: cuando hacemos una tarea queremos que quede en la ficha del cliente. Pero por lo que estoy viendo, Zohomail tiene un modulo de tareas que esta totalmente desconectado del CRM. Es decir, si yo creo una tarea en Zohomail, no aparece en las tareas de Salesinbox. PLANTILLA FACTURA ZOHO BOOKS

En la edición de la plantilla de factura elijo marcar el campo DESCUENTO en la zona de Tabla de Artículos, en la vista previa esta columna si aparece, pero al momento de crear una factura la columna DESCUENTO no aparace, tampoco aparece cuando la factura está creada (tampoco en PDF). Slow File Transfer
I purchased Zoho Assist to further evaluate the product. When I send a file to a client PC the speed maxes out at 6 Mbps. On the same PC's and the with same file using Splashtop I get 60+ Mbps. I have 1 Gig fiber and the client has 200 Mbps download speed. I tried at different times and made sure the client network was idle. Is this normal?

How to get rid of "More" dropdown menu?
My site is using a horizontal menu and when I add a 7th item it displays the last 2 menu items under a "More" dropdown. There is space on the left of the logo in the header and the right of the menu items for all menu items to be displayed. How do I fix this so all can be shown without this dropdown?

FormStack Integration Is Listed But Not Available?
I'm trying to set a new client up on MarketingHub, and they're very interested in FormStack. I've seen for a while that MarketingHub advertises an integration with FormStack, so I said "Yes, we should be able to integrate those two!". I go to integrate them, and I see the attached image.
