Unattended Access Installer Suddenly Requiring Proxy Settings
Hello, We have been using Zoho Assist and the unattended access portion for some time now. We have a giant list of computers that we unattended access to and have never run into this issue before. Whenever we try to install the unattended access, it refuses and asks for proxy settings. I read that it is supposed to, on its on, grab the correct proxy settings from the browser. However, it does not seem to be doing that now. Any reason why? Thanks!
Allow us to Embed KPI Widgets on my website
I am embedding reports directly on my website to create an admin analytics page which is awesome... but it is very difficult to show KPI widgets on my site. I tried creating a dashboard of KPIs and then embed the dashboard, but I can't get it to look the way I want. Can we get a way to embed KPI widgets like we can embed reports?

Hi, I currently use Zoho creator along with Zoho Analytics to have an application that i can import sales data into. I import the data as CVS. Before I import the CVS file I need to process the data to have all my clients information in one file. To do this I download a report weekly for a 10 clients (the data is a CSV but I've been saving it to a XLSX). Then I run a macro which uses an append query to add the data to a master table. And there it fell over. Turns out the downloaded report is dynamic
Only FAQ and Terms of service showing up in bing/google search
I'm not sure if this is a Zoho question or search engine questions.... For an organic search of my company, the only pages that return on google are the FAQ and Terms of Service Page. Why does the HOME page not show? How do I get it to show? How do I get it to show above all else? Thanks, PEter

sending email to groups from non-user (to validate the email address!)
Hi, I'm trying to setup an email system to send an email to one of our groups using the group id email. But it is coming from an email other than a group member and failing. So I then tried to set it up to be forwarded from my account (a custom domain gmail account) but gmail sends a verification too, from another email address - so that doesn't arrive either. Is there any way at all to send emails to a group from a non-member address? If not, how do I validate an email like this? Thanks John

Editing text bar is invisible on PC (Windows)
Hello, So everytime I try to edit my text on Zoho Notebook from my PC (windows) the buttons are invisible. Only one blue colored note color seems to work. Every other color doesn't allow the edit bar to show Here are some screenshots I took.

Structured data field info not being returned by the REST API
I'm using the Zoho Creator REST api to get some data stored in a form which uses the Name and Address Fields, but these values are being returned as plain strings so there is no way to know which part of the string is the First Name, Last Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2 etc.

Sending Email via Zoho Triggers the "Edit" Method for Subscription APIs
Hey all — This has been a massive pain in my neck since moving to the new API and am wondering if this is intended functionality. I have an issue where my server is subscripted to Zoho update events, but when I send out mass email through Zoho, it pings an "Edit" event for every record that the email was sent to. I understand conceptually why because the emails are added to the user records, but ideally I would like for this to not happen because it currently overloads my server with HTTP calls.

Hi, Currently all the compensatory requests are set by the system to expire on 31st December 2019. We use automatic entry for compensatory request. How can I bulk update the expiry date of compensatory requests recorded in the past? How can I ensure that the expiry date is set to 31st December 2020 for all the entries that will be made this year? In Short, I want the expiry date to be 31st Dec of the next year. Hi I need to introduce a contract that needs a digital signature - I see this is possible with the docusign integration. However I have an additional requirement, I need to collect some data within this contract... so basically I need a webform that the customer completes and then digitally signs.
