In yesterday's post, we learned about adding custom fields to a signup form. Now let's dive deep and learn about pushing leads to CRM after form submissions.
Among the various methods available to push contacts from Campaigns to CRM, configuring a signup form to push leads is a quick and easy option.
How to push leads to Zoho CRM
Select the required signup form, and, in the Automation Tools subtab, select Push to Zoho CRM.
Then set the action to either "Push new and update existing contacts" or "Update existing contacts only."
Next, select the CRM account to which you like to push the leads and then select the required CRM module. After selecting the CRM account and module, configure the field mapping to complete the setup.
Let's see how this works in a scenario
Ben, who owns a travel and hospitality company, wants to offer international holiday packages. He plans to conduct an event to promote his new venture. He configures a signup form to push leads to Zoho CRM and uses it in the event. A lot of leads sign up during the event. Ben then asks his marketers and sales team to nurture leads using Campaigns and CRM respectively. Later, interested leads try Ben's holiday packages, and Ben's business increases.
