Call Zoho API via API
Hi, Is it possible create ticket via api without oauthToken? I tried call Zoho API from my back-end with authorizationToken generated in https://accounts.zoho.com/apiauthtoken/create?SCOPE=ZohoSupport/supportapi,ZohoSearch/SearchAPI. and allways I get "errorCode":"UNAUTHORIZED","message":"You are not authenticated to perfom this operation." OAuth redirects and service state
Is it possible for a redirect URI to convey some additional state that my service is waiting on? I wish to use this state to convey a request id so that my service only accepts the grant tokens that it expects. Portal Setup - Career Site

Zoho People Connector in Zoho Flow
hi there, I'm trying to connect Zoho Forms to Zoho People so that when users complete a web form, a record is created in Zoho People (e.g. an expense request, a leave request). My problem is that I can't find Zoho People listed as an app in Flow. Am I missing something? I am surprised to see it not included with the long list of apps. I also tried setting up a connector using zapier, but I hit a problem with the version of the People API being used. So I couldn't create a connection with Zoho People
Sorting Email by Name
It used to be that, in any folder (trash, sent, inbox, etc...), when you clicked on a name, all emails in that folder with that name as displayed would show up, and all other emails would disappear. A type of sort function. In the last few months, it has gone away. I've been waiting for it to come back, but no luck. What gives?

Jobs not posted at mosted of the job boards
Hello, I tried to find jobs posted through Zoho at job boards through the "get URL" icon in Sourcing Summary overview of job boards. I got to the job board, however the job posting was not there. The only job board that had the job posting was Nuevoo. Other jobs boards just said the position is not there. Can you please explain? Thank you Miroslava
Mass Import Items with multiple images in Zoho books
Hi - I need to import hundreds of items with each item has multiples images in Zoho books.I have xls sheet where each item with details and respective image urls . So far I am aware it is not possible using direct import option in zoho books to import images as well. I don't want to go each item manually to upload images . Cannot connect using MAC Outlook
The user account was blocked because of exceeding quota limit. After removing the old emails, and it is 10% free space now, but the account is still blocked when trying to use outlook to connect. Help an old Hippie with an easy problem...
Been figuring it out on my own for way too long and want to take a short cut. Can someone who knows better throw me the http call I'd send to update a record and the one to create a new one? I can manage getting a token but don't want to spend hours trying to figure it out the call when the community is so knowledgeable. I'm using PERL and LWAgent. I can construct the URL if I know the format but that's what always gives me anguish.

Setting price margins within Quotes
My organisation is looking at ways of bringing their quoting to Zoho. We currently buy a range of products from a range of vendors. We then apply a margin as a percentage to all products (barring labour), which varies quote-by-quote depending on whether the project is commercial, domestic etc. etc. In moving this to Zoho, I've populated the product module with the prices we buy items at, and set up the quotes module. Hello, So i have selected my data source to merge with my document but not all of my contacts are being inputted. I only have 9 out of a 300+ list. Ive tried to 'un-merge' and then re-merge my data but it still isnt working. Anyone have any answers? Thank you.

Hey, i can't add a new user of our organization to meeting. It says 11 of 12 used at the top of the user table. In the right corner it says: "You have used all your meeting licenses. Upgrade" Please fix this, it's a paid feature!!
REST API file upload seems to fail if the field name is too long
I tried uploading a file of about 1.7 MB to a field using the Zoho REST API, specifically to the URL to https://creator.zoho.eu/api/xml/fileupload/ but I got back the error {"code":2945,"message":"MORE_THAN_MAX_LENGTH"} which is a JSON response, interesting. I was able to fix the problem by renaming the filed, it seems that if the field name is too long then the upload files which is a bit of a cryptic error message. Custom View
We different users that are looking at the same Contact data. Some of the data is not pertinent to every user and takes up space on the screen so i'd like to have two or three different custom views that can be toggled to see more or less fields when looking at a Contact. I can't seem to figure out how to do that.... show more or less fields when viewing a contact. Any ideas?

Cant receive email when i changed the domain to new registrar
Dear Zoho Team, I was using godaddy for my website to host domain, and i configured zoho one year back was perfectly working fine. If a user is within a settings control area, the Help Drop down is "hidden" by the setting control layer. To reproduce: go to Settings > Custom Fields. Then select the Help (?) icon. The Help drop-down is hidden behind the Settings Control layer. See attached file

I propose that you support different field types for Specifications. Presently, you only support Drop Down field types for Specifications. Please include for Specifications all the field types that you support for Custom Fields.
