Set Reply-to email of a email template for a webform
Hi, I have a Zoho webform embedded in my company website. A lead is generated in Zoho and email is set to a Zoho user when a website visitor submits the webform. I'd like to set the reply-to email of the email template so that I can reply to the website visitor email directly. How can I do that? Thank you. Alvar
Mail Merge Workflow/Function
I am trying to automate my mail merge process. My customers need to sign 3 separate documents. Each of those need to be created via mail merge. They then need to be attached to a template email and sent. Doing the above manually is possible, but extremely long winded. Is there a way to automate it?
Need to remove all accounts and contacts imported
I attempted to import a salesforce.com account and contact listing. Somehow it ended up duplicating all of the names as well as my user name. Everything is doubled. Is it possible to completely reset the app back to the initial setup to start over again?

Need help with Zoho Creator for UPLOAD FILE field added to my form
I created a form. I added all relevant fields needed for my form, of which one is UPLOAD FILE. And embedded the form in my website and when I tested my form and submitted it, all details of all the fields were received by me, the only part did not come to me is the UPLOAD FILE. Forward to a friend form broken on mobile
Currently the input fields break the layout on mobile by extending past the body border and the form width appears to be tied to the button width settings. The input fields on the form also cannot be changed to % width. Fundamentally the edit-ability of this form is completely broken and provides the end-user with a poor experience.
How to unset visitor name and email in chat window
Hello, I am working on an application where I want to fill in the visitor name and email automatically when a user logs into the app. This works fine. However, after logging out the visitor information should be cleared from the chat window. Since it is an SPA there is no reloading of the Zoho SalesIq JavaScript and the visitor information needs to be unset manually via javaScript. Issue with creating packing list and Invoice from sales order placed to multiple vendors.
Hi all, I am facing this strange issue. I have sale order against which I back ordered to different vendors, shipment from one vendor is received while from other is still pending. Now I want to ship the item from first vendor but to my surprise the sales order shows ON HOLD and I cannot generate invoice nor package list etc. This happens when I use back order option. Images in Email Templates are not showing up
Today we did realize that images in email templates are not showing up when we use them. I've checked the template definitions and found that they also don't include the images. The images have broken image file icons in their place. This seems to be a recent issue because we were normally using the templates without any problems. We can't exactly tell when this problem started to occur. Please check out and fix this issue as fast as possible because we do depend on the templates to do our work.

SalesIQ Chat interferes with my website only in Chrome.
Hello, In recent days i have implemented the SalesIQ Chat for support in my website and everything seemed normal until all the popups windows started to close and stopped working but only in Google Chrome Browser. I know that the SalesIQ Chat is the reason of the problem by the fact if I remove the scritp my website works normally. Hope someone can help with this.

Zoho Mobile App log-out immediately after login-in and validation code successfully validated
Hi, I have a problem with my Zoho mobile App. When i log-in with my user and password in the Zoho mobile App, it requests automatically for a new security code, the system receive it in the mobile phone and validate automatically and then immediately log-out. So, I can not log-in to my Zoho account through the Zoho mobile App. Though my laptop web access there is not issue. Appreciate any help Regards Gabriel
Zoho CRM Gmail Extension (as opposed to Chrome Extension)
hey all, i wanted to throw an idea out here related to Gmail. currently, Zoho CRM has a Chrome Extension that overlays the crm sidebar on top of gmail. now that Gmail has released it's latest and greatest version that supports Gmail Extensions directly within Gmail (agnostic to any browser), it would be super helpful if the Zoho CRM team could port the Chrome Extension over to a native Gmail Extension. I mocked up a screenshot of what the Zoho CRM extension would look like as a native Gmail Extension.
Cant close my account
After nummerous problems with Zoho mail, I finally decided to close the account. However this doesn't seem to be possible: When I click on my account, settings, close account the following message appears: Sie sind ein Administrator Ihrer Organisation: "". Chat Button missing from portal
I Enbaled the Chat feature and the "Enable float button in Help Center" is checked, but the chat window doesn't appear in the Help Center. I looked through the KB article for settings up chat, and I don't see why it isn't showing up. I am using Chrome browser. Does anyone have any ideas on this? Thanks

The image attached is from a newsletter created using the basic blocks of the editor. For some reason I cannot get rid of the borders between the blocks (shown in image with red arrow). I've tried everything, including giving the border a white color, changing styles and adding border="0" to the HTML, but nothing helps. How can I turn off display of borders?

In the ZOHO supplied restaurant application a pop-up appears to a user account form, if the user has completed a user account record. In addition the application then opens to a dashboard instead of the designated list of forms/reports/dashboard. I disabled all workflows and schedule trying to determine what is driving this functionality. With all the workflows and schedules turned off this functionality was STILL working, so the functionality was NOT being driven by a workflow or schedule I contacted
Insert/Update Subform fields
I am trying to create a record in a form using 'add record' task. However, I am not allowed to insert values in the 'subform' in main form. Also, when I try to update the record to update 'subform' values, it doesn't allow me to do so. I get this error: Error at line number : 47 Field 'Calkain_Brokers1' is of type subform and is not supported in update expression Is there any alternate solution available to achieve this?

Change region where zoho stores its data
Might not be the right forum category but I do not know where to put it. I am from The Netherlands and a long time ago added an account. Now I read that if you sign up through zoho.eu all your data is stored in Europe. Which is what I want. Is there a way to apply this change when you initially signed up through zoho.com? Or is deleting and signing up the only way to do it. I like to hear what is possible.
Allow Each User to Choose if they want Email Notifications
Hello, it would be a really cool feature if each Zoho CRM user could decide if they want email notifications. At the moment it is not possible for Users to choose what - if any notifications they want emailed to them. I know we can change the Workflow and select the Send Reminder on Tasks but these are decided by other people in the organisation, not the actual user who has to receive all these emails. Reducing the amount of emails and working within the CRM is a good idea to increase productivity.
Adding a component to Dashboard error message
I am trying to add a component to my dashboard but keep getting the error message: "You do not have permission to view this dashboard because: 1. The corresponding module or field may have been disabled in your profile settings, OR 2. The module could be listed in the Unselected Tabs section in Setup > Customization > Modules > Organize Tabs." I have organized my tabs, tried everything but cannot get the component added. But last week it let me add one! So very frustrating. Any ideas?
