User Story Mapping - visual post-it interface
A key process in UX design is mapping User Stories, usually as post-its on a wall or table. (see https://www.amazon.com/User-Story-Mapping-Discover-Product/dp/1491904909). This could be a way to visually generate Epics and Stories. Map it out as cards, but then you've already got Epics and Stories defined and in the backlog directly from mapping it out. The post-its are "work items" (or epics if in the top row). Rows can be releases, or priorities (or some other new category...?).

I've been testing zoho desk for a couple of days but when I decided to replace my current system to zoho desk this issue happen and Its not good. Pulling Data from Three Tables with No Similar Look-Up Column Using SQL Query Table?
Hi, I want to pull data from three tables, ('Companies, CRM', 'Tickets, Desk' and 'Timesheets, Projects'). Is this possible? I can't work out how I would be able to do this is as far as I'm aware, no identical column I can use as a look-up column across the three datasets. I have tried creating a formula column in each set of data, however I have now learnt that you cannot create a look-up column with a formula column. Any help on the matter would be great! Thanks, Joe

Dear Team, One of my customer wanted to have separate tabs on the dashboard and wants to access different KPI. Just like a website having Home/ About us/ Contact us. when he clicks on the link he must be redirected to a different dashboard having some information and so on. Analytics Crashing on Safari 13 (MacOS)
Anyone else having Zoho Analytics crashing on them while working on reports? Causes my browser to hang and only happened when I upgraded to Safari 13. Zoho Projects also has some bugs too that are at least can be worked around. Zoho response was to acknowledge my request and then close it!

No Sales Person Field in customer balances Report in Z books

Integration Zoho Books and Zoho Subscriptions Inventory
Hi. I was wondering, is there a way to have an integration between Zoho Subscriptions and Zoho Books. So that i can manage inventory for my subscription business? This is my case: 3 Products, 4 billing cycles for each product. Every time i have a new subscriber, depending on billing cycles, reduce the inventory quantity. Example product A, billed annually, subtract 12q from inventory. I cant find a way to check inventory in subscriptions, only in books, and there is no integration. Regards.

Offload file to FTP Server on Upload
I am in the process of doing some integration with my site and the CRM. I was curious if it's possible to upload a file on ZOHO and have it be stored on my private server through FTP or some other means. The files are about 10MB. Flashing green thing
The green flashing "Add File from Workdrive" message is extremely annoying and distracting when I am trying to compose emails. It was OK while it was a new feature but now, after some weeks, it is just annoying. It is possible to turn it off? I much prefer to use a Web client but I am ready to go back to Thunderbird.

Unable to edit Creator form in CRM
Hello, I am having an issue that has just popped up. I go to Zoho CRM and click the tab for a client snapshot I created in Zoho Creator , I can see the snapshot but when I go to edit it I am met with an error message saying : “You''re required to share your location to continue. You have blocked your location from Zoho Creator. Please allow to continue. Learn more.” I am able to edit the snapshot in Creator no problem but now I cannot edit in Zoho CRM. What is going on here? Zoho Creator Integration with PhoneBridge
Hi Zoho, Would like to know if there are possible ways of integrating Phonebridge with Zoho Creator. For starters, we want to use ViciDial as our Dialer to call from Zoho Creator. Would most likely need the Click to Call functionality and being able to store recorded calls. We would also need to have a way to implement autodialing features and gathering data like average handletime similar to any telephony applications like Avaya.

I just submitted a request a few moments ago and I noticed that even if we do have the candidate's email address, Zapier will only find the candidate but it does not offer the option to enter the interview date in Recruit! This creates a lot of manual data entry. Any solutions or is there a way to complete the updating process with automation in Zoho?

How much can we customize the backstage web portal? We're a concert event operator. We also have a travel packages that combine the concert with hotel accommodations, transportation, food, parties, etc. We don't have speakers but do have entertainers. how do I redirect WebtoLead form in the parent window not just the Iframe?
Hi Can anyone assist with the above, I cannot get the form subission to redirect to en entirely new page, for some reason the redirect is happening within the iframe but I need it to redirect to an entirely new page in the parent window.
