Zoho Mail does not sync all the email in iPhone through Exchange(msync.zoho.com)
Hi, I started using recently Zoho Mail and It seems fantastic, I mean almost or the best out there. I don't understand why others repute is as bad. I started using Zoho Mail through IMAP and also through msync.zoho.com as Exchange account. The problem is that through Exchange all my mails are not synced on the iPhone. I have changed on the settings on the 1 week limit and selected as No limit which should then sync all the email. But most of my emails are not synced when I use as an Exchange account.

HTML table and Zoho's table Properties
Hi, Using the Insert HTML block, I added a table to an email campaign. However, it is not behaving as expected. For example, images are not centered inside a table cell and borders are visible when they shouldn't be. The system has an Edit Table Properties button, and when that opens it has some strange column information (see attached images). In those properties there is a 1px setting for border which may have overridden my HTML borders code (hence the visible borders), but I cannot change that
How does the webhook for subscription renew looks like?
Hi. I am implementing the subscription API and also the webhooks. I want to know after 1 month when a new payment is made what callbacks are made to my API (I am assuming that invoice created, payment thank you and subscription renew at least). So I can update on my side the subscription next payment date and other fields can you send me an example how the subscription renew payload looks like for webhooks and confirm that will be send when next payment is due and subscription goest to second month.
"Capture geo coordinates" Option in Zoho Creator Breaks Address Field!
Recently Zoho appears to have added a "Capture geo coordinates" option to Zoho Creator Address form fields. By defaulting this option to ON (and not properly testing it) the addition has partially broken the Address field in Zoho Creator Forms. If a user inputs a # symbol into any of the Address fields the form will immediately throw an "Error Occured" message and the only solution is to reload the form and re-enter all data without using a # symbol. Separate Customer and Leads Form?
I have customer and leads form. They have same shared attributes like Name, Phone, Address and Leads have it's specific attributes like First Contact Time, Contact Via. I want to separate Customer and Leads into different form but my boss want to add Customer into Leads form as a subform they have same attribute so no need to have Customer form. My question are: 1. What's the pros and cons of each? 2. For the second option (Customer inside Leads form as a subform), how to design the form?
Blueprint Zoom In/Out and Undo
The Blueprints interface would be greatly improved by adding the ability to zoom in and out (ideally by holding CTRL+Mouse Wheel up or down, which is standard in many apps and/or +/-). Implementing undo (CTRL+Z) for positioning of stages would also be very useful .
CAPTCHA Verification problem
Hi, We're using a modal window with Zoho form and CAPTCHA. There's an issue whereby the CAPTHCA verifation doesn't work - this is not consistent, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Assign Tasks in Ticket to Customer / Contact
Hi, as i learned from ZOHO Desk support it is not possible to assign a task within a ticket back to the Customer/Contact... Does anyone have the same requirement and did a workaround. We sometimes need to request additional material from a customer, or he/she should upload something to help us solving the issue. This should be integrated in the ticketing process somehow i tried to do it with comments in ticket, but in this case, the customer / contact does not get an information, so it is not useable.

Users from Zoho Desk cannot create tickets from portal
I recently created my help desk using zoho desk. So i tested it creating a contact and adding as end-user. After that the user could create tickets by email or by Help center. But later, I clicked on delete that user (from settings, help center, users). And after i recreated the user with the same email again. Then I tried one more time to create a ticket from email: sucess. And as well to create a ticket from the help center: fail. I can't do it anymore. After press "send" it appears a message :The
553 Relaying disallowed
I have an issue with my mails that are tied to the domain on this account. I can send mails to it from hotmail & outlook but yahoo and gmail won't work. On gmail I receive error 553. However, if I send a mail to them it works. From the tests it appears that I have correctly set up the MX records. Can you please tell me what is wrong? Thanks!

Forwarding domain I bought from Zoho to another website
I have no idea where to post this, so here goes. I bought a domain with Zoho and setup mail with it. But I want to forward that domain to another website? When I owned a domain with Google and with GoDaddy this was an easy thing to do. I can't even find anywhere to access my domains settings with Zoho. Any help appreciated. Should not have purchased a product with a company like Zoho who only has support Monday through Friday.

Hi. I'm having problem setting up my domain (from GoDaddy) to use Zoho email. It said the MX and DKIM domain is not setup. I added both already in DNS manager of GoDaddy. Would ZB code expired? Currency symbols in professional reporting
In financial reports, we generally do not want to see a currency symbol on every number. The standard going back my entire career is $ on the first record and then on the total, usually at the bottom. I know how to include or exclude currency symbols entirely. Contact form submit button not showing on some phones
This it what it looks like on the website on the computer. Looks fine. This is what it looks like on the phone for chrome, firefox, and opera. No submit button. I tried other phones and same result or its cut off in some cases.

Unable to Change Column Data Type in Analytics to Date
I'm trying to change my column I created with a formula to a date type so it can be used correctly. However, when I change column to Date and select the correct format it fails to change the data type. I have made sure all data in the column is of the same format, so I do not understand the issue. We integrated our Ring Central phone with Zoho. We like to log calls as tickets. When a call comes in, the Phone pop-up comes in Zoho so we can "add a ticket". Is there a way to make this pop-up moveable so that we can move it to a different part of the screen if we need to?
Unable to create password protected link on standard test account
Hi I’m currently testing zoho writer and started the 15 day test phase of the standard plan to test the sharing functionality (password protected link). But currently it's not working. I added three screenshots to illustrate my problem. (1) As you can see the test phase for the Standard Edition is active with 15 days remaining (2) But I still cannot choose the password protected link. (3) I always get redirected to the upgrade site... Do you know a way to create these links? Best!
