We are using Zoho CRM and I receive this error message each time I open the app on my iphone. I also notice that the search results are weak compared to the web version. The web version provides more results upon similar search criteria. Am I missing data on the mobile version? Is there a feature to set the data refresh to automatic? How do I resolve this error message?

Queue Settings - more options than just 1 time slot
It would be great if, when I go to schedule upcoming posts, I had more than just one option for the Queue. Currently, I am given the option to schedule on the next available Queue slot. But let's say, it's Tuesday and I'm working on a post for Saturday. I have to schedule it manually then fill in all the other Queue slots before I can go back and edit the post again. Ideally, I would click "Queue" and there would be a dropdown of the next 20 or 30 time slots in my Queue Settings.

Saving Documents received from Logistics
Hello, I'm unsure if this questions is better for Books or Inventory. However here is the problem I have: We are making a Purchase of goods through Books. The goods are being delivered using 4 trucks in 4 different days. Each trucks come with partial amount of goods And a lot of documents (Logistics, Customs etc...). When the goods arrives they will be imported as items. We will use certainly Inventory instead of books alone for this. My question : How and where do you manage all the documents received

Hello, i'm facing a problem trying to register a domain i bought from Godaddy and trying to register it with Zoho email, appareantly someone did the proccess before It's registered with this email: "a*****o@d*****" (this is what appears when i try to register devspace.mx in zoho) I guess the previous owner of the domain used Zoho as their email plattform, but they aren't longer using it. the domain i'm talking about is: devspace.mx
2 tickets with the same ticket id
We did realize this issue when we were trying to link a new ticket to another one. The target ticket number does appear on 2 separate tickets. Both of them are about the same issue. One was created by the customer through the help center and the one was created when an employee did forward it to helpdesk. Also Desk did not allow as to link to the target ticket at first. Zoho Desk slow
Zoho Desk used to run fine in Chrome for me (Windows 10). I had no problems. About 2 weeks ago, it slowed down noticeably. There is a significant delay when I type and then see what I typed. When I click a button, it can take a long time to respond (up to half a minute). Before, this used to be instant. I tried opening Desk in Edge but not much better there. My co-worker indicated she has no problem, so I wonder if there is a setting that was changed or something else I can check in my configuration.

Workflow automation - missing email field
Hello I opened a free account. I linked it to our Zoho mail and verified it. Now I would like to set up an automation so that emails arriving from our address generate a lead. However, in the automation section, when I try and create a new workflow rule, there is no module called EMAIL in the scroll down menu so I do not know how to set this up. Can you please help? Thanks
Shared excel file not to scroll at mobile device?
I created a .xlsx file and send the shared link. When i open this file on mobile, IOS or Android, i can't scroll in the excel file to view all, or jump to other cells, columns or line's. What scope to use to get id_token in response in OAuth
I have generated client id and secret using https://accounts.zoho.com/developerconsole. While making a oauth request without passing a scope in the query params, therefore after making the access token request, i am able to get id_token along with access_token in the response, but when using the scope parameter, id_token is not received. Please specify which scope value to be use to get the id_token in the response. Hi ,I have a customer who wants to create app which will be shared with its customer. Customer should be able to book appointment via app and pay via app. Customer will also get various reminders and offers via push notifications.
