We are trying to add Books to our apps and when we select our country Greece we get the following error: ZohoOneException: UNKNOWN_ERROR: Enter a valid code for language Any ideas?
Add sharepoint & onedrive for business to cloud picker/attach from cloud
When selecting attach from cloud, there's an option for onedrive, but that seems to only be for a personal onedrive account. It would be ideal to attach from onedrive for business and sharepoint. Thanks for considering!

Activity list view based on ticket status
We need a filter for the activity list which shows the activities based on ticket status. You normally display the ticket status on the activity layout and lists but we can't create a view which utilizes this field (Ticket Status). Please consider adding this field into the activity view filters. We require this field to be able to select the activities which are still open but belong to tickets which already have been closed. We want to close them in bulk.

Synch from 2 shopify stores not working
Hi, i have installed zoho inventory e connected my 2 stores shopify. Sync seems to be freezed, i have contacted the support but they didn't solve. Someone has some idea? I have also disconnected and reconnected the shopify stores, but nothings changed. Maybe should be better to try to reset all but i don't know if it's possible.
Error message when browsing activity list
I'm getting the below error message when browsing the "My Open Activities" list. There is one task on my list which I can't open. I think that I'm getting this error message after trying to open it on the sidebar and then trying to change the page number of the list. When I try to open this task on a new page then the system doesn't warn me but tries to open the page without success.

Outlook IMAP Access using VPN
Hi All, I have recently set up 2FA, and have set my ipad/mobile up (using IMAP) with the new machine-specific passwords without any issue - they continue to work either at home or on other networks. I also set up my laptop outlook, and it worked initially, but I have found that when my VPN reconnects the connection is lost. When I manually create a lead in Zoho CRM, the Google Drive Extension (which installed a workflow rule in Zoho CRM) automattically triggers the workflow rule and creates the folders. Hi - I cannot receive emails from google mail when I could once before. I have my domain name hosted with Azure (Go Daddy). I opened the DNS Advanced Management Panel in Azure to see my DNS records. I added a CNAME for Content Delivery Network a CDN pointing to my static website endpoint. All other MX records were there. Hello, In Marketing Automation, can we link a goal to a set ov events with a regexp name rather than selecting in a list? I would like to create events on my website based on content download and provide a name to the event based on the download target. Shopify & Inventory Integration - Item fields are deleting
We are trying to integrate a shopify store with our Zoho Inventory. We have noticed that once we turned on the sync, our item fields were getting deleted. eg, Product category, Manufacturer, Brand, + all our custom fields. We have now lost all our Item Field data & do not wish to import the back up data if it will continue to delete. Wondering if any one else has come across this issue? Hoping someone can assist us with the field mapping to prevent it overriding and deleting!

Is there a way to enable spam detection yet keep tagged messages in the inbox? I primarily download mail to an email client via POP3 so need to leave spam tagged messages in the inbox so i can check for false positives. I have spam detection disabled now because I can't find such an option. Advice is appreciated.

Bundling item units less than 1
I am trying to bundle a composite item. Some of the items need to be bundled using units less than one. ex. 0.25 kg. These items are also batch tracked. Anything that I bundle with a quantity of one or more (including other decimal quantities like 1.5 kg) allows me to select which batch I am bundling from. However, when I try to select the batches for items with a bundling quantity less than one, the option to do so disappears and if I try to save the bundle, I (unsurprisingly) get an error message

I run a direct sales network and when I originally took the tour of Zoho Inventory, it was my understanding that the Inventory application would track each of our distributors inventory in their own account. Zoho Mail Spell Check Does Not Replace Word
Spell check seems to work find, highlighting the misspelled words. When you click a highlighted word, it pops up suggestions; however, when you click on one of the suggested spellings, it does not automatically correct the word. Instead, I have to manually correct the misspelling in the email. Do I need to enable something to be able to just select the replacement word? Using Zoho Mail Desktop App in Windows 10.

Account blocked due to suspicious activity
Hi I've a problem with may mail accout. I've been using VPN and I've changed server seweral times. As a result my @ account has been blocked due to suspcious login activity. I've tried to unblock it from mailadmin but I was able to unblock only incoming mails.
