Adding "amount" to a multi-select lookup field
Hi, I have two forms. The second form(recipes) has a multi-select lookup field to the first (components). The problem I'm running into is that each recipe could include multiple of the same component. Is this possible and how can I accomplish this? Basically, I need to add an "amount" field to each of the chosen components in the multi-select lookup field.
Webinar Registration Form - Last Name
There is a default "Last Name" field in the editable Registration Form fields. The issue is that the Default Required Field "Name" is not editable and the order of the fields doesn't seem editable :-o How do you ask for First Name, Last Name instead of full name? It also doesn't seem there's any reasonable way to use that Last Name field.

Mass Deploy to Liinux Computers
I have a script that automatically runs the install of the agent on my linux boxes. The problem is if the box was already installed previously it shows up more than once with the exact same hostname in the Unattended listing. Is there a way to install that will not overwrite if it is already there or is there an option to deleted multiple items for delete from the interface?
Can send emails, but cannot receive....
I can send mail out from my domain, but anytime I try to send something to my email it bounces back. Godaddy has my current MX settings correct with your information, and yet I cannot receive email. If I knew this wouldn't work I would have just paid for something that worked.

Drag and drop in calendar from list
Hello all, We have a challenge since one role is separated in two roles. We work with work orders and these are planned in a calendar/agenda. Now two roles are applicable: One person creates the work order which gets in a list of open work orders Another person plans the work orders in the agenda Preferably the work order can be selected in a list view and dragged and dropped into the calendar. In this way, the gaps in the schedules can be easliy filled. Please find an example of the desired situation.
How to bill Subscription Annually, but Addon Monthly

Allow a field to be set in a custom module as the Record Name field
It would be nice if you could set a field in a custom module as the record ID name field, so we don't have long lists of record ID's. This would then mean when displaying the list of records in the related section on the mobile app we would have the record name instead of ID. This would also mean when opening the record in a browser it wouldn't just say the ID number at the top, it would instead show a value from the ID Name field.

Hi, I have accidently deleted a folder in the Zoho docs folder "Klanten" on my desktop. It has synchronised and the folder was also deleted from the zoho docs web. I can't find them in the carbage can on the web. I have restored them from the carbage can on the desktop. But after synchronising the zoho files are not visible on the web. How can I restore them? Upgraded from an iphone5 to an iphone XR. Mail stills works on PC but not on XR.
Upgraded at the ATT store. Didn't think about checking my ZOHO mail then. Now, when I go into settings and try to enter a ZOHO password, all I every get is the following message: "The IMAP server "imap.zoho.com" is not responding. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the "incoming Mail Server" field. When I key in "password" then hit return I get 'Verifying',and after a while, the message above. I have no idea as to what to do.
What's new section for whole zoho one
Hi. After few months of following all apps websites (especially What's New section) I can say for sure that opening 20 tabs every week just to check whether there are any new features is quite annoying. Therefore, I would like to suggest creating one, common section for all apps with all news from Zoho One. It's not a big deal but it would be very helpful. Cheers

Zoho Connections
Is there anyway for there to be more inforamtion beside the persons name so in grid form I could get a glance what action the different engagement had? As of right now I have to click everyone's name invideidually and it would save a lot of time to have more columns beside each name for if they "Liked" or "commented" that way I can manage engagement much more efficiently. e-mail thread of merged Tickets
Hello, I have tested merging tickets, and it works well as described in https://help.zoho.com/portal/kb/articles/how-to-merge-tickets The new tickets contains the messages from both originating Tickets, and with correct timeline. However, when replying to the merged Ticket, the e-mail content doesn't reflect this. Instead, only the Ticket of the latest message appears in the e-mail thread. If this isn't a bug, I would like the feature to be able to send e-mail replies that reflect the new merged
Nothing in my ZOHO CRM mailbox even though it indicates I have mail
This is upsetting because I think I'm losing business by not receiving emails. It shows I have emails but when I click on the mail icon its empty. Any ideas?

Apple mail client not working with Zoho?
I have been following all the instructions and have tried both POP and IMAP, but it keeps on saying "unable to verify username or password". It won't work on my macbook or iphone. Am I missing a setting somewhere? On my browser it works perfectly, but since I have multiple e-mail accounts I would like to be able to be logged into all accounts simultaneously and be able to switch between them easily. Thanks!

Error message when editing existing activity records
In the past I was able to easily edit already existing activity records but today the system started to display an error message stating that "The action that you are intended to perform is not possible" when I edit some of the existing records. I find the modifications to have been applied when I check the records by pressing the "Go Back" button on the error message. I'm not aware if this happens on all of them or on only a subset of them. Could you please take a look at this issue.

Hello! I just noticed that all the data we've synced from Zoho Recruit are displaying incorrect date. I've checked Zoho Recruit and the date there are correct. This is affecting all the data we've synced from Recruit regardless of the table. Help with auto calculating inventory
Hello, I am currently trying to create a program that will auto calculate a refill field and a threshold field and schedule it to run every night. We want to take 60 days worth of data and divide it by 2 to get an average for a month and then divide it by two again to get our threshold. Hi, I'd like to add another user/license, so that I have a new, separate mailbox to my main one. I will pay for it, but I don't know how/where.
