I changed my password for Zoho but my desktop and iPhone Mail apps won't accept the new password. Works on my laptop. Really confused. 2 factor verification should be off.
[Urgent Feature Request] - Auto logout after 5 minutes
Hi, Please please can you implement an auto logout feature with Zoho Creator. We use zoho creator daily (it's brilliant) but we use it to store sensitive data. My only problem is with the way the login system works. Our staff are permanently logged in. I think it's a serious security flaw in the system if the app your creating handles personal data. Would it be possible for Zoho to implement a 5 minute inactivity logout system? Surely it wouldn't take that much development
Zoho Email not importing last few months from Gmail?
I integrated my Zoho and Gmail email accounts via POP3, so that I could view gmail emails in Zoho. Everything worked fine, and I had Zoho import all of my old messages from Gmail. It did great, importing everything from 2016 until May. But that's where it stopped—it has not imported any messages that arrived since May. Unfortunately those recent emails are the most important ones. New messages that have come in are showing up, and I still have plenty of storage left. Why aren't my recent emails importing?

I am experiencing intermittent delays while using IMAP to sync with GMail on android, to the effect of 10-30mins. I see this has been an issue on here before, wonder if this is a known issue.

Custom Module Bug
When you create a custom module there is no system field displayed for "Modified Time", "Created Time and "Last Activity Time", they just get placed anywhere on one of your sections, so when you view the module in the mobile app, they are often in the middle of your data fields. Layout Rule based on Formula Field?
Is it possible to trigger a layout rule (show section) based on the output of a formula field? I’m using a formula to concatenate a string of text, and want to trigger a layout rule if that field’s output contains certain words. When I try to set up the layout rule conditions, the formula field is not available as a primary trigger just like if it was a multi-select picklist. Is this not possible and simply isn’t noted in the documentation?

Android phone: can't access images unless they are stored locally
The Zoho app on my Android phone has recently lost the ability to grab files that are NOT stored locally. To put it another way, I can't grab any photos or images stored in my OneDrive or google drives...! I have to first save them to my local folders on my phone so that I can use them. Vonage integration
We have been trying the Vonage integration for a few weeks now. This is what is offered: Screen Pops: Comes up and stay "Calling agent..." forever. Call Logging: The popup comes up only for outgoing calls and it remains "Calling agent..." forever, so it's failing. Can't Change the SuperAdmin
When I set up the account and created the username, I didn't know that it was going to be the super admin account. I want the only super admin account to be me, and I don't want to leave this other account in here just taking up space. Is there anyway to transfer the permission or role of super admin to another user so that I can delete the one that I no longer want. I've tried to delete and i've tried to set it as a user instead of admin, but each time I do any of these, it says that it's not allowed.

Attachment Viewer is No Longer Working
The Attachment Viewer in Zoho Mail was working fine until about 4 or 5 days ago. I have several images in the Attachment Viewer that are there but cannot be delete and have not been refreshed in days. New new images are being added to the Attachment Viewer. There used to be a link the Attachment Viewer for "Show All" images and that link is now gone. Merge Template text got meshed for no reason
I don't know if the Zoho Docs team has done some weird infrastructure update but today all my merge templates have all their text . meshed together. Can't find "Add User" option in Zoho One Mail control panel
Hi, I am currently in tryout period for the Zoho One suite. For the time being I am the sole user, but I intend to manage 3 domains under it, alzamon.com, naranjactiva.design and naranjactiva.com. Only alzamon.com is currently using Zoho Mail, but I'd want to add some more accounts/aliases under naranjactiva.design. However I can no longer find any "Add User" options on the Control Panel. Multi-Line Field in Help Center ticket form
Hi there, I just added a multi-line field in to the ticket form, but when the user submits it, none of the information captured by that field is sent to the main ticket conversation. It isn't even sent to the Ticket Properties panel on the left. The only place I can see the captured information is on the History tab. Is this correct? Why would an administrator add a field to the ticket form, if the only place that information would be visible is on the History tab? What is the deal here? Cheers,
