Select and Deselect in a sub-form field
I have a script that will update a field in a sub-form here: Contacts_subform.Event_Role = "Venue Contact"; //(this works) However this method will remove all other options and only add this option. I want to be able to add a selection with select() and remove just one option with 'deselect()'. by using this: Contacts_subform.Event_Role.select("Venue Contact"); //(this does not work) Unfortunately I get the following error: 'Event_Role' does not exist in this form.
Can't connect Zoho account to Outlook
Hi, Outlook can't connect to my Zoho account, either with IMAP or POP. I've used the Zoho server settings as indicated on your website (https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/outlook-imap-access.html), both IMAP and POP are enabled in the Zoho control panel, and TFA is disabled. Outlook doesn't give a specific error, it just endlessly asks me for my username and password and refuses to connect. Can you please help me with this?
What Zoho plan gives me more than one user?
hey, I'm confused. Because it says "We also have a Free Edition which includes 3 free users. With essentials like leads, documents and mobile apps." So, if I have one main account with Zoho Standard - does it mean I can add users for free? And what if I stick to the free version of Zoho... in that case do I get to add free users? What Zoho plan gives me more than one user? (Meaning, one main CEO and say another user\employee) THANK YOU!

We have complete both of the reviews on Zoho Desk through G2 and Gartner to provide us with extra time to evaluate and test functionality. We are supposed to get an extra 45 days for the reviews to test but we have not been given that extra time. How do we get this implemented? Thanks!
New User: Cannot switch user plan trial
I was trying out the workflow automation rules and checking out which plan has the date/time so I'm switching out plans but when I tried to switch back to free version , this error popped out Permission Denied You do not have sufficient permissions to perform this operation. Contact your administrator. Can anyone help?

Blueprint Recording Error
I've revoked the blueprint from some tickets and then modified our blueprint for the parts department. I'm getting an error message which says "Unable to process your request" when I try to save the modifications to the blueprint. I did have this same issue in the past which did clear itself out after a few days. This problem wasn't addressed by your support team back at the time.
Windows 10 App Sync Issues
Hi, I'm having a few issues with sync on the Windows 10 application from the Windows store. Firstly when I click the sync icon in the bottom left hand corner it doesn't sync. The only way I can get it to sync is to close and reopen the app. Secondly notes I add don't always sync to the other apps and stay local on the Windows 10 app. Last night I added a number of notes using Win 10 and the only way to get them to sync was to keep closing and reopening the Win 10 app which activates a sync... this

Notes - Display Problem after importing from Evernote

It doesn't matter whether I am using desktop or mobile client software, Zoho Mail app is the only one I've been able to read mail with. I would like to create a module that allows sales reps to select items and quantities that will be sent as a sample to customers. I have it working so a user can select items from a Multi Select list. But when a user selects an item, it is removed from the list. In other words, you can only select the item one time. How could I make it so the user can select an item and an associated quantity for that item?

Lookup field renders incorrectly (ID instead of value) when used in record template
I have a custom record template I send using sendmail as an attachment on button click in a report's record. Most of the fields show up correctly but one field which in the corresponding form is a lookup to another table shows the IDs instead of values. Any idea how to fix this? Please automate mail merging of document via workflow
I have several documents that use information from a subform in a Deal or Custom module. That information needs to be sent to clients and staff at certain times or on a field update. I can create a workflow in CRM, but cannot access subform info in the email templates associated with workflow emails. Hi all together, I've made a template for our quotes and it is working fine. In the quote I have the product area included with <tbody id="lineItem" >. The table shows the Name, Code, Picture, Description, Price, Quantity e.g. Because of long product-descriptions this table could be more than one page long. Now I want to have on the last page of the offer a summary like this: S.Nr. | Code | Name | Price | Quantitiy | Sub Total The problem is, that is not possible to include a second <tbody id="lineItem">.
List not showing when setting up a sync in campaigns
I am trying to create a sync to an already existing list in Campaigns, but the list is not showing up in the dropdown. The list already have another two syncs mapped to it. Is there a limitation on the number of syncs a list can has? Or is it a bug? Cheers, Daniel
New Zoho Support UI - Unable to move a ticket to another department when editing a ticket.
I see that we have a move ticket options under the three dots and selecting move. However, If you edit a ticket you can see the department. But you are unable to change the department in ticket edit mode. Just wanted to let you know. Thomas
Which field is to be populated for Contact addition for PAN number?
We are using zoho books api to create contact details directly from our website. We are getting 'Invalid value passed for tax_id' or 'Invalid value passed for tax_reg_no' error when 10 digit PAN Number is passed. How to populate PAN number? We are able to add a contact if 15 digit GST number is passed to tax_reg_no. However, the issue is encountered only with PAN number. Please suggest. Thanks

We have a team of 'Pre-Sales' Users who setup Event meetings for the Sales team. We use Office 365 and Outlook Calendar and have installed the CRM / Outlook plug-in to synch the Event meetings. Is it possible to restrict the CRM / Outlook synch to work with CURRENT / FUTURE Events only ? and to ignore the HISTORIC Events ?? Each time our Pre-Sales team setup a new Event meeting, they use the CRM / Outlook synch to add the Event to Outlook Calendar. Because they have now setup 100+ Event meetings,
