ZohoRecruit account closed but ZohoMail account still active
I realise that when staff leave and we close their ZohoRecruit accounts, that their Mail accounts remain active. It's an additional process to close the accounts which is problematic as accessing accounts often requires an sms code (sent to the ex-staff member's phone). Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Not able to add new account
Trying to setup a new free Zoho mail account for a new domain. Getting stuck up during the registration process. Not able to proceed further, getting the following error message: The username which you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region Not sure how to proceed further. Split VAT in VAT Calculation summary between VAT on products and VAT on shipping?
Hello I'm a first time user of Zoho, so far so good. I'm checking the VAT calculation summary reporting and it shows VAT at 21% for my country, this is all correct. However, is it possible to split up this total between A) 21% VAT on products and B) 21% VAT on shipping? The sum of A & B should give the result I'm seeing now in the summary. Thanks! Gilles

I have enabled my signature to appear on all my emails, but it does not appear automatically or for that fact even when I go into settings and think I'm clicking onto the signature. why?

Non working functions.
Two things:- 1. Try to reply to incoming emails but the 'reply' arrow and 'reply all' icons do not work, all the time. 2. The select field 'select all' appears to tick all boxes but then, the 'delete' button does not clear the selected emails.

Track mail conversations on client reports
hello there, i was wondering if it's possible to track all the mails conversations and see them on a report for every client. obviously it can work only if the person "A" send a mail from the address connected to the same person mail field. this would be very useful to create reports that include all the conversations between me and him. thanks

Internet not reachable error
What causes this and what is the solution? Network connectivity is operating normally to everything else except Zoho CRM. What I am experiencing is that I am making changes to a custom Module Layout and intermittently when I click Save it does not save. I noticed this error in the lower left corner. If I reload the page in the browser, it loads and although it loses my changes, I can make changes and Save. After 30 to 60 seconds, the Save button does not work and I have to reload the page again.
CRM API Sandbox not working, being redirected
Hello! So I am trying to upsert or insert a new record on the url https://www.zohoapis.eu/crm/v2/blablabla/upsert and being redirected to https://crm.zoho.eu/crm/v2/blablabla/upsert. What's going wrong here? There is no 302 in the documentation. Also the record was not inserted. No error given. Two weeks ago it worked just fine.

Hi , when i use zoho currenttime it give me the date/time in 24-Jan-2019 06:16:49 but zoho crm data/time field require the format in 24-Jan-2019T06:16:49-06:00 how i can convert the current time into the zoho date time format ? info zoho.currenttime.toString("dd-MM-yyyy'T'HH:mm:ssZ"); the problem is the format is coming as this 24-01-2019T06:26:17-0800 but ZOHO datetime require like this 24-01-2019T06:26:17-08:00 how i can add the : in timezone like this before : -0800 after : -08:00

Creating Dynamic URL to Filter Report on Name Field

Project Layout, main view and exporting data
Hello Zoho Team I have some questions/ problems to ask abut because I couldn't find a solution in the tool. 1. How can I extract all Projects with all Tasks and customized fields inside (because I need my customized fields for example formula based). Have tried with DATA ADMINISTRATION > Backup, but it just gave you the already customized fields by you. If I want to export all Tasks with my customized field, I have to go project by project and it doesn't make a sense to do for a lot of projects.

Hello, How do I get my customer's unpaid outstanding balance to automatically show on their invoices? I'm assuming there's a %placeholder% to get this information to appear.
