The ShowTime team is dedicated to delivering excellent service and support to the users of our online training software. We gather feedback from our customers and work hard to implement what we hear. Based on those requests, we've now added a few exciting features to the app to bring in exceptional professionalism and the ease of remote training together.
Below are the three new updates made in ShowTime:
Availability of slides in session recordings:
Now all your slides and presentation content will also be visible in sync with the audio/video in your recorded and dowloaded ShowTime file. You can also share these recordings with other viewers, allowing them to learn at their own pace. With recorded trainings, your participants can focus on specific portions of the session and revisit segments which they missed during the live training.
The ShowTime Desktop app for Viewers
Do you have participants who prefer Edge or Safari? No worries. ShowTime is now available for your viewers through a Desktop app. With the app installed on their computers, your participants can access your live session seamlessly via Edge or Safari browsers. We take data security and privacy very seriously and we assure that this application will not bypass any of your user's consent or even run uninformed background tasks when installed in your learner's computer. Custom email branding
As a professional trainer, it's important to brand your courses for your participants. To do that, you need to have a professional email address. Zoho ShowTime allows you to send all your training emails—such as session invitation and reminder emails to the participants—from your preferred business email address. This adds credibility, boosts the reputation of your training organization, and encourages people to pay more attention to your emails.
